FLATLY and completely LEGALLY decline to test for COVID-19 The tyrannical, diabolical and totalitarian ANC Communist Party quietly sneaked through an amendment to the COVID-19 State of Disaster Regulations under the Disaster Management Act on the 1st February 2022. Remember, these are regulations and are not laws, as many seem to think. Particularly heinous is the new paragraph 6 headed Refusal of treatment and isolation, which gives regulatory power to the enforcement officer to place those who test positive for COVID-19 and exhibit symptoms, in forced isolation and force them to accept "treatment or isolation in order to prevent transmission". This means anything goes, including forcing the jab on those who have declined the jab. This is unconstitutional in terms of Section 12 (2) (b) of the Constitution, but try arguing that with the enforcement officer and the enforcer with the syringe in her hand and the glee in her eyes while you are being restrained in forced isolation.
