THE SECRET BEHIND PEOPLE WHO KEEP WINNING NO MATTER WHAT — APOSTLE MICHAEL OROKPO Daniel 11:32 draws a line that separates two kinds of people on the earth — and the line is not talent, not connections, not even prayer frequency. The scripture says, "The people that do know their God shall be strong and do exploits." Not the people who attend the most services. Not the people with the loudest worship. The people who KNOW their God. There is a quality of knowing that is available to every believer — but most have settled for information about God rather than intimacy with God, and the gap between those two things is where destiny stalls. The first way you truly know God is through the study of scripture — not casually, but the way a lawyer studies a brief. The Bible is not a devotional handbook. It is God's character made legible. Psalm 103 alone, from verse one to the end, is what Apostle Selman calls the richest compendium of God's character in all of scripture. In those verses you will find a God who forgives, heals, redeems, crowns, satisfies, and fights for the oppressed. Every verse is a door. Most believers have stood at the door. Few have walked through it. The second way is through His names. When God revealed Himself as Jireh, Rapha, Shammah, Nissi — He was not being poetic. He was unlocking dimensions of Himself that could not fit into one identity. What you find in Jireh, you will not find in Rapha. What Rapha shows you, Nissi cannot fully contain. And yet it is the same God. This means every time you study a new name, you are gaining access to a room in God's nature that you could not have entered without that key. The third way — and perhaps the most powerful — is through studying the man Jesus. Jesus did not come only to save. He came as a verification system. He came to confirm what the prophets said accurately and to correct what human limitation had distorted. John 17:3 says, "This is life eternal, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent." To know Jesus deeply is not a beginner's exercise. It is the lifelong education of a serious believer — and it never runs out of new things to reveal. The fourth way is experience — and it is real, but it is also the weakest of the four. Job said, "I have heard of You with the hearing of the ear, but now my eyes see You." Experience can deepen your faith powerfully, but experience without the other three foundations can also deceive you. The person who has studied scripture, explored His names, and walked with Jesus — when that person has an encounter, it does not shake them.
