š» BITCOIN'S LATEST CRASH IS EXTREMELY RARE ā ONLY 5 SIMILAR EVENTS THIS DECADE!
š Bitcoin has experienced one of its most unusual declines in recent years following the massive Binance hack. BTC dropped approximately 6.9% between October 29 and October 30, triggering concerns across the cryptocurrency market and raising questions about the strength of the current market cycle.
š Historical data offers an interesting perspective. Following the Mt. Gox hack in 2011, Bitcoin gained approximately 500% over the next 12 months. After the 2015 Mt. Gox collapse, BTC advanced around 160%, while the 2020 COVID-19 crash was followed by an extraordinary 1,100% rally.
š Other major events also produced surprising recoveries. Bitcoin gained approximately 125% after the December 2018 crypto winter bottom and another 130% following the FTX collapse in November 2022. These examples suggest that major market disasters have not necessarily prevented Bitcoin from recovering over the long term.
ā ļø However, history does not guarantee another rally. Strive's Adam Livingston highlighted that Bitcoin's latest decline was a 5.3-standard-deviation move, an extremely unusual event compared with its recent volatility. The key question now is whether buyers will turn this panic into another accumulation opportunity.
67 233
šØ BITCOIN LOSES $80K ā ARE WHALES PREPARING FOR A REVERSAL?
š Bitcoin is struggling to defend the $80,000 level. After falling below this psychological threshold twice over the weekend, BTC briefly touched $79,200ā$79,300. The broader downtrend, marked by lower highs and lower lows, continues to put pressure on bullish traders.
ā ļø Whale activity is sending mixed signals. According to AMBCrypto, large Bitcoin spot orders have increased, resembling patterns seen near previous local bottoms. However, whale activity alone cannot confirm a reversal, and similar signals have appeared during earlier bearish periods.
š Retail investors and whales are moving in opposite directions. Retail inflows to Binance have been rising since September, while average whale inflows reportedly declined from $5.9 billion in late August to $3.8 billion. This divergence could indicate that smaller investors are becoming more willing to sell while larger holders remain cautious.
šÆ The $75Kā$77K zone is the next key area to watch. A sustained recovery could improve market sentiment, but continued selling may expose BTC to further downside. Traders should also watch the Federal Reserveās October 28 decision, which could increase volatility across risk assets.
67 233
š BITCOIN WHALES ACCUMULATE ā BUT RETAIL SELLING IS RISING!
š Bitcoinās Uptober rally is losing momentum. BTC was down approximately 1.35% in October as of October 19, despite the marketās historical tendency toward strong October performance. The slowdown raises questions about whether buyers can regain control before the month ends.
š³ Whales are showing greater resilience. On-chain data cited by AMBCrypto revealed that deposits to Binance linked to retail investors increased from $7 billion to $10.78 billion over 30 days ā a 54% rise. Whale inflows grew by a more modest 9.5%, reaching $4.6 billion over the same period.
š Large holders may be changing their strategy. The data also showed that distribution among wallets holding 1,000ā10,000 BTC fell sharply between late September and October 19, suggesting a shift toward accumulation. However, whale activity alone cannot guarantee that Bitcoinās price will recover.
ā”ļø Can BTC turn bullish before November? Renewed spot demand and sustained whale accumulation could help absorb selling pressure. But if retail selling continues to outpace fresh buying, Bitcoin may remain under pressure and another red October could weaken market confidence.

š ALTCOIN EXTREMES ā BITWAY SOARS 50% WHILE PUMP.FUN SLIDES
š Bitway is leading the weekly winners. The Bitcoin-focused DeFi project surged almost 50% in a week, reaching a new all-time high near $2.70. The rally has put $3 in focus, although overbought technical signals suggest that a short-term cooldown remains possible.
š¤ Pearl and Monero are also showing strength. AI-focused Pearl climbed nearly 30%, reaching $2.10 before pulling back toward $1.87. Monero advanced from $537 to $570, but buyers still need to defend the $565 level to strengthen the breakout scenario.
š„ Pump.fun and MemeCore are facing heavy selling. PUMP lost nearly 20% over the week, while MemeCore declined approximately 23%. Both tokens are struggling to attract buyers, highlighting the growing gap between the strongest altcoins and weaker market performers.
šÆ Momentum alone is not enough. BTW needs to hold above $2.30 to maintain its recovery potential, while PUMP must defend the $0.00430 area. The latest market action shows why selective altcoin strength does not necessarily mean a broad market rally.
67 233
š PYTH SURGES 10% ā CAN THE RALLY BREAK ABOVE $0.089?
š PYTH Bulls Make a Comeback
Pyth Networkās native token, PYTH, surged approximately 10% in 24 hours, breaking above the $0.089 level after recovering from a demand zone near $0.072. The move suggests that buyers are regaining short-term control. However, the breakout must hold to confirm that the rally has enough strength to continue.
š„ Derivatives Traders Turn More Bullish
Open Interest in PYTH derivatives climbed by more than 10% to approximately $17.28 million, while positive funding rates indicated growing demand for leveraged long positions. These signals suggest that traders are positioning for further upside. Still, rising Open Interest alone does not guarantee sustained spot-market buying.
ā ļø Too Many Long Positions Could Become a Risk
Approximately 67% of the reported market positioning favored long trades. While this supports the bullish narrative, crowded positions can make a token vulnerable to sudden liquidations if prices reverse. A sharp pullback could erase recent gains if buyers fail to defend the breakout zone.
šÆ The Levels That Matter Now
Holding above $0.089 could strengthen the case for another upward move, while a loss of momentum may bring the $0.072 demand zone back into focus. Traders should watch price action, trading volume, and derivatives positioning before drawing conclusions. The breakout looks promising, but confirmation is more important than chasing the rally.
67 233
š¹ ETHEREUM UNDER PRESSURE ā WILL $2,565 HOLD?
š Ethereum is struggling to maintain its bullish momentum after breaking below the $2,625ā$2,650 support zone. The recent decline has shifted the short-term trend in favor of sellers, putting ETHās recovery at risk after its earlier climb toward $2,810.
š¦ Institutional demand is becoming a major concern. On October 6, BlackRockās Ethereum ETF recorded approximately $201.89 million in outflows, while its Bitcoin ETF attracted around $122 million. This divergence suggests that institutional investors were showing a stronger preference for BTC over ETH during the latest market weakness.
š All eyes are now on the $2,565 support level. If buyers manage to defend this zone, Ethereum could attempt a rebound toward $2,625ā$2,650. However, a decisive breakdown could expose lower support near $2,500 and potentially the $2,380ā$2,400 region.
ā ļø Ethereum faces both market and technological challenges. Beyond weakening demand, concerns about the long-term impact of artificial intelligence on cryptographic security have entered the discussion. ETH needs stronger buying pressure and continued security improvements to restore confidence. Until then, traders should watch support levels and ETF flows closely.

š PUMP FUN VOLUME HITS $40M ā WHALES ARE BACK IN THE GAME
š„ Pump fun is making a major comeback as renewed activity across its Solana launchpad pushes protocol revenue sharply higher. Over the last 30 days, Pump fun generated approximately $55.5 million in revenue, narrowly overtaking Hyperliquidās $54.34 million.
š The recovery is being supported by increased trading activity and fresh whale accumulation, signaling that speculative demand may be returning to the memecoin and launchpad sector. Pump funās business model benefits directly from the rapid creation and trading of new tokens.
š The surge also changes the competitive landscape among crypto protocols. With trading activity accelerating, Pump fun has once again become one of the largest revenue-generating protocols, showing how quickly capital can rotate back into high-risk crypto sectors.
š The big question now is whether this momentum can last. If whale activity and trading volumes continue rising, PUMP could benefit from another wave of attention ā but memecoin activity remains highly speculative and can reverse just as quickly.
67 233
šJASMY SURGES 15% ā BUT SMART MONEY ISNāT BUYING
š JASMY jumped roughly 15% in the past day, attracting renewed attention as trading activity across exchanges accelerated. The move was accompanied by a sharp increase in market volume, putting the token firmly back on tradersā radar.
š° Trading volume climbed by around 48% to $68 million, showing that the rally was supported by significantly higher market participation. When price and volume rise together, it can indicate stronger buying activity ā but it doesnāt guarantee that the trend will continue.
ā ļø Despite the impressive price move, market positioning is becoming more cautious. AMBCrypto notes that changing Funding Rate and capital flows could increase the risk of a short-term pullback after the recent gains.
š The key question now is whether JASMY can turn the volume surge into sustainable momentum. Traders will likely be watching funding, exchange flows and price structure closely to determine whether this rally has more room to run.
67 233
š HBAR EXPLODES 24% AFTER NVIDIA CONNECTION
š¤ Hederaās HBAR surged 24.38% after members of the Hedera Council joined NVIDIAās Open Agent Safety Platform. The development strengthens Hederaās connection to AI verification and enterprise infrastructure.
š Trading activity exploded alongside the price move. Spot volume jumped 1,088% to $1.33 billion, while derivatives volume surged approximately 1,300% to $2.60 billion, showing how quickly traders reacted to the AI-related development.
ā ļø However, the sharp increase in derivatives activity also brings higher leverage and volatility risks. HBARās rapid move means traders are now closely watching whether the breakout can hold rather than simply focusing on the initial price spike.
šÆ The $0.12835 area has emerged as an important resistance level in AMBCryptoās analysis. A move above it could keep the bullish breakout narrative alive, while a pullback would show whether buyers are willing to defend the newly established levels.
67 233
š„ ONDO SURGES 26% AS TOKENIZATION STORY GETS BIGGER!
š ONDO jumped 26.73% as renewed institutional interest pushed the token sharply higher. The move came after Ondo Finance introduced three Intelligent Portfolios built around strategies developed by BlackRock, expanding its tokenization offering beyond individual real-world assets.
š¦ The new products allow investors to gain exposure to diversified investment strategies directly on-chain, potentially through exchanges, wallets and compatible DeFi applications. The involvement of BlackRock also strengthens the institutional angle behind Ondoās tokenization narrative.
š Trading activity exploded alongside the price move. ONDOās spot volume surged by approximately 276.89%, while Spot Taker CVD showed aggressive buyers dominating the market as the token pushed through several resistance levels.
ā ļø Still, a sharp rally does not eliminate risk. ONDOās next phase will depend on whether buying pressure can remain strong after the initial breakout. The combination of institutional tokenization developments and elevated trading volume has put ONDO firmly back on the crypto market radar.

šŖ BITCOIN DEFI TAKES A BIG STEP FORWARD!
š Zest Protocol has launched a capped public mainnet demo of its Bitcoin Collateral Vaults, allowing users to deposit native BTC and borrow USDC against it. The key difference is that BTC remains on Bitcoinās own network rather than being wrapped or bridged to another chain.
āļø The system uses self-custodial Bitcoin vaults, with each vault holding an individual userās BTC. Proofs of the vault state can be sent to EVM chains, allowing users to borrow stablecoins while keeping the underlying Bitcoin in its native environment.
š„ The mainnet demonstration is currently running with real BTC and real USDC, but deposits are capped per wallet. Zest says these limits will remain while the protocol undergoes extensive external audits before a broader production launch.
š If the technology scales successfully, native Bitcoin could become more deeply integrated into DeFi lending markets without requiring traditional wrapped BTC. For now, the capped demo is an important test of whether Bitcoin-based collateral can work across chains while maintaining self-custody.
67 233
š ALTCOINS ARE BREAKING OUT ā BUT IS THIS REALLY ALTSEASON?
š„ The combined market cap of cryptocurrencies outside the top 10 has broken above a trendline that had contained it since late 2024. The segment has gained more than 10% this week, rising from roughly $199B to nearly $220B.
š At the same time, several major altcoins have shown strong momentum. SOL, ADA and XRP have all posted bullish structures in recent weeks, while broader altcoin leverage remains below the levels that Glassnode associates with an overheated market.
š° Another important factor is capital rotation. If traders continue moving funds from larger assets into mid- and large-cap altcoins, the broader market could see more widespread participation. However, sustained inflows will be needed before the current move can be considered a longer-lasting trend.
š Still, calling it a full-blown altseason may be premature. Market participation, Bitcoinās dominance and sustained capital rotation will remain crucial signals. For now, the altcoin market is showing signs of renewed strength ā and September could become an important month to watch.
67 233
šŖ BITCOIN SHAKES OFF INFLATION FEARS ā WHATāS NEXT?
š Bitcoin briefly dropped toward $76,000 after the latest U.S. inflation data showed stronger-than-expected underlying price pressure. August CPI remained at 3.4% year-over-year, while core inflation rose 0.3% month-over-month, keeping traders cautious ahead of the Federal Reserveās next decision.
š Despite the initial sell-off, BTC quickly recovered above $77,000, showing that buyers were willing to step in at lower levels. The sharp rebound suggests that the inflation report has not yet triggered a broader risk-off move across crypto markets.
šŖ Ethereum showed even stronger momentum, trading near $2,543 and gaining around 3.2% during the session. Solana and BNB also remained in positive territory, indicating that the marketās reaction was relatively contained rather than turning into a full-scale crypto sell-off.
š„ Now all eyes are on the Federal Reserveās September 15ā16 meeting. Higher inflation could keep rates elevated for longer, but Bitcoinās ability to absorb the macro pressure may be an important signal for bulls. The $76Kā$77K zone is becoming a level worth watching.
67 233
š BITCOIN WHALES ARE WAITING ā WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
ā”ļø Bitcoin has rallied roughly 25% from around $63K to $79K since early August, but something important is happening underneath the move: exchange inflows of mid-sized BTC have fallen by 15.5%. Investors appear less willing to sell into the rally.
š Binance saw one of the largest changes, with mid-sized BTC inflows dropping almost 30% ā from 4,390 BTC to 3,080 BTC. Lower exchange deposits can reduce immediate selling pressure and help support prices around current levels.
ā ļø But whales are still cautious. Their average holdings have remained around 5.22M BTC since September 2, while Bitcoin ETFs recorded outflows of $46.65M and $120.24M on September 8 and 9 respectively.
š„ Bitcoinās next move may depend on whether demand returns near $79K. September ETF flows remain positive overall at around $622.7M, but continued outflows could limit the rally. If buyers step back in, the current consolidation could become the foundation for another leg higher.
67 233
šŖ Bitcoin Faces a Critical September Test
š Bitcoin continues to trade inside a relatively narrow consolidation range as macroeconomic uncertainty keeps investors on the sidelines. Market participants are closely monitoring ETF inflows, institutional positioning, and upcoming economic reports, all of which could determine the direction of Bitcoin's next major move.
š° Despite ongoing short-term volatility, long-term holders remain confident and show little interest in selling their positions. At the same time, leverage across derivatives markets has started to normalize, reducing excessive speculation and creating a healthier environment for a more sustainable trend.
š Bitcoin's next breakout may depend less on chart patterns and more on macroeconomic catalysts. Federal Reserve expectations, institutional demand, and capital flows into spot ETFs are likely to remain the key factors shaping market sentiment throughout the coming weeks.
67 233
š Aptos Rallies 10% ā But a Token Unlock Could Test the Bulls
š Aptos (APT) jumped roughly 10%, attracting fresh attention from crypto traders. The rally comes as the token continues to benefit from improving market sentiment and renewed interest in altcoins.
ā ļø Thereās one major risk on the horizon: around 11.31 million APT tokens are scheduled to unlock. New tokens entering circulation can create additional selling pressure if holders decide to take profits.
š That puts APT bulls in a tricky position. Strong momentum is encouraging, but traders need to see whether demand can absorb the additional supply without breaking the current bullish structure.
šÆ The next move could come down to supply vs. demand. If buyers continue absorbing the unlock, APT could maintain its momentum. If selling accelerates, the recent rally may face a serious test.
67 233
š HELIUM JUMPS 36% ā BUT THEREāS A CATCH
š HNT surged 36% in just 24 hours, fueled by stronger momentum and growing usage of Heliumās network connectivity services. Market sentiment also turned bullish, reaching 5.6 on the reported sentiment gauge.
ā ļø But the rally may be facing serious resistance. HNTās funding rate dropped to roughly -0.6954%, while around $16.94M in positions favored shorts. That creates the possibility of renewed selling pressure despite the impressive price move.
šø Fundamentals are another concern. Heliumās protocol was still operating at a loss, with accumulated losses reported at around $178K. At the same time, spot-market data showed approximately $218K in net outflows over the previous 24 hours.
š So, is HNTās rally sustainable? Momentum remains strong, but negative funding, protocol losses and capital outflows suggest traders should watch for a potential reversal rather than assuming the 36% move will continue.
67 233
š Bitcoin Whales Are Moving Into BlackRockās IBIT
š° BlackRockās iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT) has now facilitated around $5 billion in in-kind conversions, allowing wealthy investors to exchange physical BTC for ETF shares. Even more interesting: BlackRock cut the minimum conversion size from $25M to just $1M ā a 96% reduction.
š Why are investors making the switch? According to BlackRockās digital-assets chief, custody failures and growing physical security risks are pushing some holders away from self-custody. The trend has accelerated following incidents involving crypto custody and hardware-wallet security.
š¦ But there is an important distinction: moving BTC into an ETF doesn't necessarily create new demand for Bitcoin. It can simply represent a migration from personal custody to institutional custody ā while also increasing concentration risk.
š The bigger trend: Bitcoin is becoming increasingly integrated with traditional financial infrastructure, and wealthy holders appear more comfortable outsourcing custody to regulated products.
67 233
š„ Polygon POL: 690% Exchange Outflows Spark Bullish Signal
š¤ Polygonās POL has seen exchange outflows surge by 690%, alongside around $20M in bridged netflows. The combination suggests that capital is moving through the ecosystem while exchange balances decline.
š POL has also been breaking through higher resistance levels, with buying activity supporting the recent move. This has strengthened the bullish narrative around the token.
ā ļø However, a breakout doesnāt automatically mean the rally is safe. POL still needs to hold the newly reclaimed levels if bulls want to turn the move into a sustained trend rather than a short-term spike.
š„ For now, the key signal is clear: capital flows and price action are both pointing toward increased market activity around POL. The next few sessions could determine whether bulls can maintain control.
