हिंदुस्तान अखबार के झारखंड संस्करण मे दावा किया गया है कि 20 हजार नाबालिक बच्चे माईका खनन में बाल श्रमिक के रूप में कार्यरत हैं तथा राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग द्वारा इन बाल श्रमिकों की मैपिंग की जाएगी। #PIBFactCheck ✅ यह खबर भ्रामक है। ✅ राष्ट्रीय बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग के द्वारा मैपिंग का जो कार्य किया जा रहा है वह झारखंड राज्य में बाल दुर्व्यापार (Child Trafficking) की रोकथाम से संबंधित है।

ऐसा दावा किया जा रहा है कि "आत्मनिर्भर भारत रोजगार योजना" के तहत ग्राहक सेवा प्रतिनिधि की नियुक्ति की जाएगी एवं 28,500 रूपए मानदेय दिया जाएगा। नियुक्ति से पूर्व 1,090 रुपए का पंजीकरण शुल्क देना होगा #PIBFactCheck ▶️यह दावा फर्जी है, सरकार द्वारा ऐसी कोई योजना नही चलाई जा रही है

Bail can't be denied just for witness identification and PC cannot be taken when the accused is on bail.
