Have you ever felt this: You have a massive task. Or project. You need to get something done. Maybe you have to study for your exams. But you realize it will take some time. Let's say 3 hours. Then, your mind creates reasons why you can't sit for the next 3 hours. You list the distractions that might come up or the other "important" work you need to get done. You justify not starting now. But you still have time before that imagined "distraction" or the "important" work shows up. So you decide to watch a few videos. And before you know, you have wasted hours. This used to happen to me all the time. But I fixed it. How? By not looking at the task as something that requires 3 hours. Rather, just look at the next step. A step that requires a few minutes. And in reality, that distraction never shows up. So the work gets done. Even if it does show up, it doesn't matter. Because your focus wasn't on the 3 hours. It was on the 1 step that you got done. This is just a minor change in perspective but makes all the difference in the world. Have A Based Day

The actions you take do not just affect your present. They give rise to a person who'll take the same action again. Because your mind loves taking familiar actions as they are effortless. They don't require willpower/energy. So, whenever you take an action, ask yourself: "Do I want to take this same action a year from now?" If the answer is no, you gotta find something better. Because whatever you do now, is the same damn thing you'll do months later. Get rid of the excuse "one last time". The last time has gone. It's past. Focus on now and the future.

Don't think, do it. This line is from Top Gun: Maverick. If you haven't seen it: you're missing out. The movie would deserve a post of its own, but that's for another day. Today, I just wanted to share with you a reflection on the power of these words. "Don't think , do it." After all, we already know what we need to do to succeed. Let's say we want to lose weight: - eat healthy - exercise It's not like it's a secret. And yet it's a multi-billion dollar industry. We could prepare a diet plan, a workout plan and just follow it to have our success. It's not the plan that's the problem, it's the execution. The execution is slowed down by countless thoughts: - I don't have the courage today - I feel like it's not working - it's so hard Deep down, I'm sure that if we stopped for a day, took a pen and paper, we could write down EVERYTHING we should do to have the life we dream of. But that's the execution we miss. What if for once, we trusted ourselves? We write down our plan. We do it without thinking for six months. And only after this period, we are allowed to ask ourselves questions. I'm sure we could change who we are and have incredible results in a very short time. Write down these words somewhere you can see them often: Don't think, just do. They are a precious ally in the conquest of your desired life. Time flies, another week of content done. I'll have a tiny announcement tomorrow, not content. Have a great week end, see you monday. God bless.

Most people end up disappointed because they have delusional expectations. You need to have standards. For yourself and the people around you. Ramp up your efforts to meet those standards. Else you gonna end up with losers and being a loser.

It's been a while since I have posted here. Have been busy with client work and strategizing the future of this account. But I am back. And let's talk about the most basic productivity hack: To-do lists. Now, I am not going to teach you the importance of it or give you a fancy app recommendation to create it. I am not interested in all those stuff. Leave that for the productivity gurus. What I am interested in, is the understanding how a normal human mind responds to a to-do list. So, you sit with a paper and pen. Or your laptop. A few tasks come on top of your head. But then, you take some time to think. You sit there. For 10, 15, 20, 30 mins. You write a long ass list with 20-30 tasks. Some of them can be completed in 5 mins. Others in 2 hours. Some are a priority, some can be delayed. But that's not how your mind sees it. Your mind sees a list of 30 tasks. For it, everything is equal or similar. It fails to see the priority or the time required. If your mind is weak, you'll stress out and quit. But let's assume you don't have a weak mind. You pick a task. You ask your mind for willpower. And you get it done. By the time the day ends, you realize you never completed the priority tasks. Now, there's a massive reason behind this. I want your complete focus while reading everything ahead. Your mind couldn't identify the difference in difficulty level of each tasks. Some of those tasks were things you do on auto-pilot. But your mind didn't catch that. It just saw a to-do list with equal tasks. You wasted your willpower to do tasks that didn't need willpower. So, what's the solution? Stop adding tasks to your to-do list when you start to think. In other words, only focus on the tasks that come to your mind in an instant. Don't sit for 15 mins to write every damn thing you should be doing. Focus on the 3-5 tasks that come to your mind in an instant. Once you're done, follow the same process again and again. This way, you're using your willpower for the tasks that need willpower. Not on the tasks that don't need it. Now, you might feel like this won't make a big difference. So I want you to try it out. You'll feel a massive change in your productivity and output. Have A Based Day

Yesterday, I got a funny email. Someone threatened me. Said they have videos of me watching adult websites and shit. I'll share the email below this post. I want you to read that email. Now, the email doesn't affect me. I haven't watched adult websites for over a year now. It was obviously a scam. But imagine you received that email. Would you be shit scared? Be honest. If the answer is yes, let this be a realization. Stop doing things that you would regret doing. Always act as if this is the last thing you are doing before you die. Whether people get to know your secrets or not, doesn't matter. You know it. You have to live with it. And when you go to bed, your last thought shouldn't be regret.

Stop watching porn or Netflix before going to sleep. People believe it relaxes them and leads to better sleep. Nope. Your dopamine levels crash. And that leads to feeling tired and sleepy. Tomorrow, you'll feel worse. So, is there a better way to relax your body? Yes. The easiest way is exhaustion. It won't necessarily relax your body, but you won't have the energy to stay awake. A better way is to end your day with a win. Then, lie on your bed. Hands and legs spread out. With every exhale, relax one body part, until you have relaxed every body part.

The void within. Tony is a child. And he doesn't understand. Why the others are happy. And not him. From a very young age, he feels an emptiness. A bottomless pit that is impossible to fill. He had to grow up to understand. Living with a missing parent. It leaves a hole in the heart. A wound on the soul. As a teenager, Tony is angry. Why him? Why do others have the right to have a complete family? Why do others have the right to be happy? Why does he start the race with a disadvantage? Life is hard enough. His anger soon turns to rage. He blames the whole world. He feels alone against the universe. He wants to strike, to lash out. But nothing seems to calm him down. Neither violence nor destruction. In his quest for revenge against this invisible enemy. He doesn't even realize that he is the one he destroys the most. Years pass and anger takes over again. It takes effort to be angry. And Tony is tired. He is almost 18 and doesn't know what he wants to do with his life. In fact, he doesn't care. But one day, everything changes. A light strikes. "What if my life finally has meaning?" "What if I could help others not follow my path?" This thought obsesses him. He can't get away from it. From now on, it is decided, he will take his life in hand. All this suffering cannot have been felt in vain. Just because he was alone doesn't mean others have to be. Tony will work hard. He will get a good degree and take care of young orphans. He who had one parent is now facing the pain of those who are missing two. He will help one child, then two, then hundreds more. Tony, for a long time, kept wondering why he was a void that could not be filled. Then one night he smiles. He is not the void but the one who had the power to fill the void of others.

Quick Update on Re-wire 2.0 For those who don't know, I have a guide named Re-wire. I launched the 1st version a few weeks ago. Since then it has helped almost 60 individuals. For those who know, I have been working on the 2nd version. And I share updates exclusively with the members of this channel. And I scrapped the guide this morning. It's not an easy thing to write over 50 pages and delete everything. It's rather painful to work on something for weeks and throw it out. But it had to be done. I was writing it on top of the 1st version, and it didn't just work. Ever since I wrote the 1st version, I have learned a lot while helping people 1-on-1. So, I'll be writing it over using a fresh format. Think of it like my journal. The first few pages will still be the Rewiring framework. But everything from there will be an open book. As I discover the different wirings present inside our head, that stop us from achieving our goals, I'll add more chapters. It will become my life's project. So, far I have come up with 10+ chapters. I'll write and release it as soon as possible. Until then, if you have Re-wire 1.0, please go through it. It's a raw book. If you thoroughly understand it, it's a life changer. Have A Based Day

Here's why most people are stuck in life: It's not because they lack willpower It's not because they don't want it bad enough It's not because they love their current lifestyle The fat guy doesn't love being fat The poor guy doesn't love being poor The porn addict doesn't love being a porn addict. Sure they might love the pleasure. But when they are alone with their thoughts, they hate every second of it. They try to change. They give their best. But something stops them. A roadblock. They try again. And fail again. Until they lose all hope. So, what does really stop them? Their expectations. They expect life to be a smooth road. Let me rephrase that. You expect life to be a smooth road. NEWS FLASH You will have temptations. You will get exhausted. You will get stuck at a problem. Someone will let you down. Someone will disturb you. Someone will judge you. Someone will demoralize you. It's all a part of the process. Don't get all worked up about it. When you get worked up, you increase your stress. And stress further reduces your ability to act. So, what to do instead? Just focus on the next step. If you can't, take a few breaths. Go on a walk. Take a few hours off. Talk with your family. Go out with your friends. Then, focus on the next step. Whenever something stops you, don't get frustrated. Accept that it's all a part of the process. Look, I am not saying you should accept your situation and become complacent. Rather, you should seek to understand what went wrong and fix it. But not when you're entering regret. First, replace the regret with action. Then focus on fixing your mistake. Stop regretting the time you wasted. You can't have it back. Just focus on the next damn step. You won't get stuck in life again. Have A Based Day
