✨Celebrating The Life Of Sue Johnson✨

Dear freedom fighters ❤️ My dear mother Sue died on Monday 17th June at 10.45am peacefully at St Thomas's hospital. After a brave battle with bladder cancer and post operative complications however she actually died of Sepsis caused by a botched surgery in November to remove her bladder. Myself and my father were by her side in the hospital. She took one last breath and she stopped breathing. ❤️ She really didn't want to die she tried absolutely everything to stay alive every remedy under the sun. 💔 I will miss her zest for life, her humour and her dedication to me and to my children. She absolutely loved the freedom movement and she had the time of her life. She loved doing her weekly outreach in which she helped local communites. She would also come to every protest and help as the banner holder. In 2022 we did a stop drag queen story hour tour. The worlds a darker place without her. Light a candle in honour of my dear mother Sue. Teacher, activist, anti-racist campaigner, and beloved mother. ❤️

Margate Memorial and The Yellow Board Tour. 22-06-24. It was great day. The yellow board tour gave out around 1300 papers🗞🗞🗞, Sonia, Rowena and Caroline loads more. A few hundred leaflets📃📃 with Linda and me.We need to print another thousand. We have plenty of paper and Ink. We were greeted on arrival by Steve and friends, they helped us putting up the memorial (Thank you🙏) The usual nut did not turn up today. There were droves of people out of the train station, a reggae concert (One Love) The Bikers were driving in circles, a few hundred of them. The police were friendly and we had a good chat. It did rain, there were torrential storms, hurricans, thunder like saten was released, sleet and a few tornados. It soon passed and the warm Sun 🌻 came out again. We were invited to Dels once again, thank you Del, the food was fantastic, it was a pleasure to meet your husband. His experiance and insight is a blessing. Much love to you all. Butuful people met today ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It is with a heavy heart that I share this with you all. Unfortunately our wonderful Sue, a relentless campaigner, warrior and voice for Truth, Justice and Freedom, is losing her battle with cancer. Sue has been a shining light over the last 4 years and for anyone who knew her and her work you'll know how kind, selfless, considerate and compassionate she has been. She is also a wonderful mother to our Francesca who many of you know through her work and campaigning and who is one of my greatest supporters and a dear friend. Francesca remains by her side so please, whatever you believe, whether you're religious or spiritual or neither, please pray Sue passes in comfort and peace and please send your wishes to Francesca, who will read the words you leave below. We know she will never really leave us, but for all she has done selflessly for our community and for humanity, it will be a great loss for all of those who knew her and those who didn't, and for those whose lives she saved through her work. May Francesca have the strength and courage to get through this time knowing she has the support, prayers and love from you all. @FionaRoseDiamond
