Average Mobile Phone User කෙනෙක්ගේ Screen Time එක 3-4hours වෙද්දී Gen Z එකේ, ඒකියන්නේ අපේ average screen time එක 8-9 hours වෙනුවලු 🥲 Social Media : 3-4 hours Entertainment : 2-4 hours බලන්න ඔයාගෙත් ඔය වගේද කියලා usage එක, අපිට ලෙඩ හැදෙන එක පුදුමයක් නැ ඉතින් 😕 ඇත්තනේ ඉතින් නිදාගත්තෙ හරි, වැඩක් හරි නැත්නම් ඕකෙමනේ ඉන්නෙ අපි 🥲 මං හිතන්නේ නැ කාගෙවත් 5hours වලට වඩා අඩුවෙන් usage එක ඇති කියලා 😅 කලින් කිව්වා වගෙ apps වලට timer එකක් දාගන්න නැත්නම් මේක අතට ගත්තම ඕවා මතක් වෙන්නෙ නැ scroll කරනව ඇරෙන්න 🤐

ඕගොල්ලෝ දැනට AL වගේ කරන කෙනෙක් නම් අනිවාර්යෙන්ම CV එකක් හදල තියාගන්න. CV කියන්නෙත් දැන් ටිකක් outdated වගේ තමා. Resume තමා අලුත්ම එක. But CV එකක් හැදුවම resume එක හදාගන්න එක ලේසි. Resume එකක් හදනවා නම් portfolio එකක් ඒ කිව්වෙ ඔයාගේම website එකක් එක්ක හදන එක හොඳයි. මගේ එකත් ළඟදීම update කරන්න ඉන්නෙ. බලාගෙන ඉන්නකෝ 🙊 CV එකක් හදාගන්න දන්නෙ නැත්නං ඒක හදන විදියත් කියල දෙන්නම්කෝ... තව අනිවාර්යෙන්ම LinkedIn profile එකක් maintain කරන්න. මගෙත් profile එකනම් තියේ update තමා නැත්තේ 🥲 ඕගොල්ලෝ කොහොමත් දන්නවානේ දැන් paper qualifications වලට වඩා skills බලන්නේ කියලා. ඒකට අනිවාර්යෙන්ම ඔය වගේ profile එකක් maintain කරන එක හොඳයි. මේක ගැන දන්න අය පොඩ්ඩක් comments දාන්න තව දේවල් දැනගන්න අපිටත්. මේ ටිකේ ඔය teachers ලයි higher studies කරන අයියලයි කිව්ව හින්දා ඕවා හෙව්වේ. ඇත්තටම AL කාලේ ඉදන්ම ඕක update කරන් ගියාම ලේසි ඉස්සරහට.
