#Notice Subject: #Thesis_Submission Dear students who were/are working on your thesis but have not submitted it for defense due to acceptable reasons are expected to submit your final thesis for defense before October 16, 2023, at working hours. Students who have submitted their thesis but have not defended due to course add are expected to come and activate for defense (in case of any). The thesis defense dates will be communicated. Remember the following: - 1. Get a signature of approval from your advisor for submission 2. Submit 2 ring bind hard copies and soft copy in Word and PDF on one CD 3. Collect thesis submission clearance from the registrar and get a signature there and from finance before coming to the submission office

Notice Complete Graduation Gown submission date was yesterday August 08/2023. So 100 birr per day penalty starts from today August 09/2023. Accordingly those who didn't return still are expected to deposit the penalty as per the number of days at Dash Bank Admas University account then reconcile at our finance and return at the Gowon room.
