They’re like, this is magic.” AMATI: “I’d say it’s quite hard to take these drugs long term and not eat in a way that supports your gut and your body because you will get the side effects. “If you have any intervention that restricts your food for very long periods of time, you always run into the risks of decreasing your resilience, your immune system really struggling, your brain health struggling, your lean mass or your muscles and your bones struggling. “There was a patient in the UK who had scurvy, so bleeding gums, people couldn’t understand what was going on. He’d been taking these drugs without any support and just hadn’t been eating fruits and vegetables basically. “There was a case study of a patient who had started to have really severe brain health issues. “And the case report described this patient as possibly having early onset of dementia.
