📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR MBA STUDENTS – BIKANER TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY The Bikaner Technical University, Bikaner is organising its 5th Convocation shortly. In connection with the Convocation, eligible MBA students are required to verify and update their degree-related details on the University portal. All MBA students who have passed their MBA Programme from Bikaner Technical University are advised to carefully follow the instructions below: 🔹 1. Verify/Update Degree Data Students are required to log in to the University portal using their own login credentials and check their degree-related information. If required, they should update the information on: 🌐 https://btuexam.com/ 🔹 2. Check Eligibility/Name in the Convocation List Students should ensure that their name appears in the list of students eligible for the 5th Convocation. 🔹 3. If Name is Missing from the List If a student believes that he/she is eligible for the Convocation but his/her name is not appearing in the eligible students' list, the student must immediately contact the College Office. 🔹 4. If Degree Data is Not Available on the Portal If an eligible student finds that his/her degree-related data is not displayed on the portal, he/she must also contact the College Office. HOLIDAY ON ACCOUNT OF BABA RAMDEV JAYANTI All concerned are hereby informed that the College shall remain closed on Monday, 21 September 2026, on account of Baba Ramdev Jayanti. NOTICE Dissertation Project Report Submission & Viva Voce Examination for BBA Semester VI – 2025–26 All students of BBA Semester VI (2025–26) are hereby informed that the Dissertation Project Report Submission and Viva Voce Examination for Paper: BBA5.5SECP61 – Dissertation Project Report has been scheduled as per the following details: Date: 05 September 2026 (Saturday) Time: 09:00 AM onwards at the JN Vyas Colony Campus. Students are required to strictly adhere to the following instructions: 1. All students must bring their completed and properly bound Dissertation Project Report for submission. 2. The Dissertation Report should be final, complete and duly checked/approved by the respective Supervisor/Guide before submission. 3. Students must come well prepared for the Viva Voce and should be thoroughly familiar with their research topic, objectives, methodology, data analysis, findings, conclusions and recommendations. 4. Attendance in the Viva Voce Examination is compulsory for all students. 5. Students must appear for the Viva Voce in proper College Uniform and carry their valid University Examination Admit Card. 6. Students are advised to ensure the following: Complete your Dissertation Project Report in all respects and get it properly bound. Keep the required number of copies of the report ready as instructed by your respective supervisor/mentor. Be prepared to present and defend your work during the Viva Voce. Students must report for the Viva Voce in proper College Uniform and maintain formal decorum. Carry your Examination Admit Card and all necessary documents related to the project. Students should be thoroughly familiar with their research objectives, methodology, findings, analysis, conclusions and recommendations, as questions may be asked from any part of the Dissertation Report.
