‼️Dear applicants,

Admission to the HSE University campus located in Moscow is conducted IN PERSON.

You must appear at the Admissions Office to submit the following documents: 1️⃣Educational documents (diploma/certificate + grade supplement) and notarized translations of these documents; 2️⃣Passport under which you will enter the territory of the Russian Federation (If you have a Russian passport, you must enter the country using it. You must also present it when visiting the Admissions Office); 3️⃣Notarized translation of the passport; 4️⃣Application for admission; 5️⃣Consent to enrollment; 6️⃣Consent to the processing of personal data; 7️⃣Consent to the publication of personal data; 8️⃣Acknowledgment form regarding visa and migration requirements of the Russian Federation; 9️⃣Four color photographs, size 3×4 cm.

Note: if your documents required legalization or an apostille, you must bring the legalized documents and their legalized copies, as well as the original documents themselves.

Please note that you must submit to the Admissions Office exactly the documents that you previously uploaded to the HSE University Foreign Applicant's Personal Account. Prior appointment is required for visiting. See you soon ❤️

Important information for applicants of HSE University,   Due to technical reasons, the orientation session for international students has been rescheduled:   🔹 The Russian-language session will take place on 25 August (Cultural Centre, HSE University, Pokrovsky Blvd, 11 at 10:00). 🔹 The second Russian-language session will take place on 26 August (Rooms R304, R307, R308, HSE University, Pokrovsky Blvd, 11 at 10:00). 🔹 The English-language session will take place on 27 August (HSE University, Pokrovsky Blvd, 11 at 10:00 , Rooms R204 – lecture , R207, R208, R307, R308— registration, medical insurance ).   ‼️ Dear first year students - orientation sessions must be attended without parental or family accompaniment ‼️   All essential information can be found in the International Student Handbook.

Please note that each section in your application has a strict deadline! What you should do:

▫️ Complete the Recognition section and wait for confirmation. ▫️ Successfully fill out the Enrollment Documents section. ▫️ Choose your visit date in the Arrival at the Admissions Office section* (visits available from August 20 to 31).

*The opening date for this section will be announced in our channel 😉 Don't put off submitting your documents — this is a very important process that requires your full attention!

The graduation ceremony of the Preparatory Faculty of HSE University took place at the Cultural Center on Pokrovsky Boulevard. The year is behind us — Russian has been mastered, all exams are passed! ☺️ At the cozy graduation party, the students enjoyed cultural activities organized by their beloved teachers:

"In my personal account the Accommodation section is still unavailable. Could you please tell me if this is normal at this stage and when this section will become available?"

Please note that the dormitory check-in for international students recommended for a full scholarship is only possible after successfully completing the in-person enrollment procedure. This year the in-person enrollment in Moscow is scheduled from August 20 to 31. On the day of your successful enrollment, you will receive a referral for check-in to one of the HSE University dormitories. Please note that choosing a specific dormitory is not an option — places are allocated randomly. Leave a reaction if you've missed posts under this hashtag! 😉
