By my count, CTCL made 453 grants totaling $199,834,023 to the swings states. This is ~ 56% of the total amount provided in 2020. These grants took place in counties that had the potential to impact ~ 40MM voters. Next up for The NGO Project? Swing state analysis.

Your Tax Dollars Are Being Used to Brainwash (wait for it)……YOU! An unholy alliance between Twitter and NGO’s. “The picture that emerges so far is as disturbing as it is undeniable. The Integrity Initiative was a secret, government-funded influence operation that engaged secret “clusters” of journalists and academics to coordinate in order to meddle in the political process of Western democracies under the guise of combating “disinformation” and “defending democracy.”” https://www.revolver.news/2022/05/biden-minster-of-truth-nina-jankowicz-and-the-secret-nato-funded-cabal-to-subvert-western-democracies-using-disinformation-as-cover/

Here are a sample of 32 counties with less than 1000 presidential votes from 2020. How many of these counties need machines to count votes? None. May I make a suggestion? Look at your own state and find similar counties with small number of votes. Find out if they are using machines. If so, ask them why? How much are they spending on machines? If not, find out how they hand count. Thanks. Gregg Phillips says illegal vote trafficking is very deep and widespread, involving BILLIONS and powerful foundations behind Barack Obama and Stacey Abrams “As eye opening as the movie is, we know so much more...this is really just the beginning.” #2000mules @LizHarrington76

NGOs…..follow the 💰.

I have looked at 1,392 counties in 22 states as part of The NGO Project research. https://electiondataanalyzer.substack.com/
I have looked at 1,392 counties in 22 states as part of The NGO Project research. https://electiondataanalyzer.substack.com/ Part of that analysis is capturing total votes in the 2020 Presidential Election per county for all parties. I found this interesting. In 2020, 1,051 counties totaled less than 50,000 votes all parties for President. That is 80% of all counties examined. 846 counites had less that 25,000 votes all parties for President. That is 64%. Does this justify the use of expensive and corrupt machines in 80% of these counties? How long would it take to for citizens to hand count 50,000 votes in an entire COUNTY? Only 386 had more than 100,000 votes. This is 30%. Only 64 had more than 500,000 votes. This 5%. Everybody has to use machines because 5% of the counties in these states have 500,000+ votes to count?

For those of you looking at NGO’s 501(c)(3), you may want to read up on the 501(h) election. I am no tax attorney but it is interesting to consider. Here is an excerpt. The rules were not published by the IRS until 1990 even though the law was passed in 1978. “ For organizations with $500,000 or less of total tax-exempt expenditures in a given year, no more than 20% of that amount may be spent on lobbying. Decreasing percentages are allowed for organizations with higher tax-exempt expenditures, with an absolute spending cap of $1,000,000 eventually being reached. Lobbying expenses above the allowed amount are subject to a 25% excise tax, and excessive lobbying over a four-year period may lead to loss of tax-exempt status.[4] This cap applies to the sum of direct and grassroots lobbying expenses. Grassroots lobbying is also subject to its own limit, which is one quarter of the total lobbying cap.[3][5] Regardless of their 501(h) status, 501(c)(3) organizations may not participate in electoral campaigns or support specific candidates for office, a prohibition that has been in effect since the passage of the Johnson Amendment in 1954. Also, funds derived from federal government or private foundation grants or contracts may never be used for lobbying.” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/501(h)_election

Folks I would recommend that you familiarize yourself with how to obtain fiscal year data audit reports for your counties and cities. I will be posting a list of CTCL grantees. FOIA the financials. Trace the money. Find out how it was spent. Look for the line items. Learn what an EIN number is and how to look it up. Ask questions. They need to know we know.

So far in the 18 states I have examined to date which include 1,309 counties, 47% are dirty with CTCL grants....think about that. After 1,309 county wide analysis I can say with great certainty, CTCL grants went to D leaning counties on average without question. I plan on publishing a map of all of the dirty CTCL counties when this is through. Citizens need to know that their government is not being funded by tax dollars as it should be. Stop the pay offs.

Next up for the NGO Project: NC. Then I am going to do an complete Swing States CTCL impact analysis. After that, the slate is open to those states who have a need in fixing 2020. I may continue, I may move on depending on several factors.
