Remember the case of the 300 voters at 2 residences I shared above, well it just got worse. County Clerks, you may want to pay attention because the canvassing calvary is heading in here. I also checked the property tax records and platt maps so I know these homes exist and have not been scraped and replaced with a large apartmnt complex. I also verified it with another expert in the field who reviewed the voter history. This is a big steaming pile of BS FRAUD. 461 registered voters between 5 of these bldgs and the empty lot. 65 have the same PO Box mailing address. 441 Unaffiliated. 90% registered after 1/1/2020. 215 Returned Ballots and 111 Undeliverable. These are phantom voters parked for the 2022 general election. DIsgusting. How can a GUY with a spreadsheet find this BS and the government can't? Give me a break. Do your job!

Part 4a of 4: I forgot, level of effort...to pull the data from your source files, copy into EDA, run analysis, produce the maps, inspect the map locations, categorize, build a summary table....minimum 40-60 hours for 12 counties and that is if you are FAST. This does not count going down rabbit holes you will find. What's next in this study? I am going to extract the voters themselves from all of these adddress and run them as a subset of the state population through EDA and see what pops out. Should be interesting...and not a trivial amount of time.

Part 4 of 4: Conclusions. 1) Is this study format worth doing in your state. ABSOLUTELY! Just looking at the top 20 Address in the 12 counties yielded the result that the Homeless registrations outnumber the military registrations. Weird coincidence? I don't know. 2)The "Residence" category is shocking. They average 17 registrations per Residence! This number is inflated by the situation I described yesterday but without that it is about 10/residence. I assume these are rentals. 3)How can the registration database be updated often enough to provide a high degree of data integrity given the "transcience" of some of the top facility Types? How do you keep track of people who have a short stay in a treatment facility? What about the RV parks and campgrounds? What about the transitional facilities? 4) Finally, I could go on, what about colleges? Is it OK for ballots to be mailed to the same address and then distributed by the college? Is that normal? Just asking, I have no idea. Interested in your conclusions in the comments....now back to my day job.

Part 2 of 4

Part 1 of 4: 12 County Study. Those of you who have been following along for awhile know that I have been working on a 12 county study for my state by myself. There were several reasons for this. 1) I want to provide a high quality EDA tool to the users so I need to test it. This is called "eating your own cooking". 2) I had a hypothesis about a study methodology but wanted to "follow the data" and figure out if it would yield anything. This was a leap of faith. You have to put in the work and try SOMETHING. There is no playboopk or instruction manual or formula for every county in the US. Just DO something, get CREATIVE, with EDA and see what happens. 3) If it worked, I wanted to provide more instruction to users on how they can use EDA if you are willing to put in the time. This is not hard, but it is a GRIND so to speak. It requires dedication. Part 2 of 4 will be one table. Part 3 of 4 will be another table. Both will be posted without comment. Part 4 of 4 will be conclusions and next steps and some metrics on level of effort. Here we go....this is only data, no partisan politics.

Making my final push through the last county on mapping address study and apparently, saved the best for last. 315 voters on the roles at these two buildings!! I double checked the source data to make sure I had not screwed up. 283 UAF. UN..BA..LE..VA..BL.

Hey folks, I was going to wait until v3.7 was released this week to make this announcement, but people are asking questions so I am going to update you now. The process of obtaining EDA has been streamlined but is stll secure. USEIP has created a new EDA Team on the USEIP website!! This is where future drops (v3.7 and beyond) will be stored. I will maintain both Telegram channels as they are. The public one (this one) and the private one which will be for discussions, questions and coordinating Zoom meetings with EDA users. We have our first user call this week. Basic training on EDA. So in short, sign up for USEIP and navigate to the EDA Team page. Later this week, I will put v3.7 up there. This will be easier than having to remember to put your Telegram handle in the application form which people were not doing. USEIP has many helpful resources that go beyond analytics. Canvassing is a VERY complicated topic. I will announce when v3.7 is available on USEIP in a few days.

Question for canvassers. Someone tells you this residence has 9 people on the roles, 5 different last names ranging in age from 34 to 60. What do you do? Go to the door? Move on quietly? Something else? I respect canvassers. This is why I am trying to help them make better use of their time. (True story by the way).

If anyone is interested in starting a new state organization within USEIP, just go here and in the "What Else" box, explain your situation. That was the recommendation from USEIP admin. https://useip.org/get-involved/

Here is a new classification I will have to add to the above 👆case study. "National Park Vistor Center". Why would 17 people use this address and all but one has a registration date after 2016? Weird huh? It appears 9 actually cast a ballot. The rest are Undeliverable or Failed to Vote. I can't make this stuff up.

Here is a snipet of the study I am working through which as usual, has been proven to be overly ambitious. LOL. I am going to post this without editorial comment but will explain a few things. County in the columns. Types in the rows. I used the mapping tool in EDA and identified the top 20 unique address sorted by the number of voters in the reg role at each address. Then I inspected every single one using satellite and street view. I recorded the name, the URL and assigned a "type" qualifier to each so they can be grouped in a pivot. Then I created a new table and these pivots from it. This is half the data I intend on looking at. Look at "Residence" type for example. There are 51 instances of a Residence showing up on the top 20 ranking across 6 counties. There are 505 people on the reg roles related to those 51 instances. That averages 10 people per residence. I think these are rental homes but do not know for sure. What do you think of this approach? Helpful to canvassers?

I lived on-post at Fort Sill, OK, and at West Point. In both instances I had a regular street address and so did everyone else in Family Housing. But for single soldiers in the barracks, there was a single Unit Address, such as 6th Finance Section, 100th S&S Battalion, Fort Sill. So canvassers would have to check with the First Sargent of each unit to see if everyone listed on the voter rolls with that unit address was a real person. If no unit is listed at all, the canvassers would have to go to the installation post office to find out if the weird addresses are fake. The bad news is that yes, it’s possible to create phantom voters with screwy on-post addresses. But the good news is that the fakes can be found rather easily with a visit to the installation post office.

Perhaps someone could enlighten me on this topic because I had no idea until today. Our military personnel at the only base I have looked at, don't require an address other than (making something up) "0 Fort Patriot", for example. I have seen one example of greater than 3,000 people at such an address that is exactly the same. The address is "0 Fort Patriot, City, State". Just making an observation here. Not saying anything is wrong. Thoughts from some of you have military experience would be appreciated. Is this an opportunity to hide phantom voters amongst our most respected citizens who have secured our right to vote? Please educate me.

I need to update the FAQ so I have taken the old one down for now.
