Hiding In Plain Sight - (It's what you don't see that should be troubling you) Compare the security features included in Automatic Telling Machines (ATMs) developed by the banks, versus the security features included in drop boxes. (Don't laugh 😉.) The total lack of any security features tells you everything you need to know about how people in power really value your vote. If they really cared and valued your vote, drop boxes (.... wouldn't exist 😊, but let's play along...), would have the following features: - Cameras - Pin pad (to submit a ballot) - Would only accept one ballot at a time - Provide a printed receipt It would also display a report showing when the drop box was emptied and how many ballots it contained each time it was emptied. The person emptying the drop box would have to enter a special security code, which would print the current tally of ballots in the drop box. The person would have to double check the number of ballots matches the tally. Then sign the receipt and keep it secure, as well as update the report with the current time, number of ballots and their signature. The drop box should also print the time and location the ballot was dropped, on the envelope. To cut a long story short, the process and procedures should be at least (if not more) stringent than what the banks use to manage their ATMs. ——— Since we are talking about banks... consider the amount of money and human resources they employ full time to keep their systems secure. They spend billions of dollars each year hiring the "best and brightest", investing in the latest security technologies, and even they will be the first to admit that "nothing is 100% safe and secure". If anything, thieves keep finding new ways of defrauding banks. If the banking sector can't secure their own banking systems, what makes the people in charge of elections think they can? ——— More technology won't solve election fraud. There is a problem with the code. “Based on the testing performed and the results obtained, it was verified through source code review and functional testing that the issue found in ICX version 5.5.15.2 can’t be reproduced in ICX version 5.5.15.3." Translated: We inspected the part of the source code where the problem existed. It is fixed now. We did NOT check or are NOT providing any assurances that anything else in the source code had changed. EAC: How do you know that nothing else in the code changed between versions? If you don’t know, why not? Are you not looking for other changes? The best way to fix this is run a code comparison between each version provided to the VSTL and look for any and all changes between versions. Each change then needs to be evaluated and enumerated in the ECO. If there is only one change EXPLICITILY SAY SO.

Sequoia Voting Systems – Dan Rather documentary https://danratherjournalist.org/political-analyst/election-coverage/2008-election/compilation-2008-general-election-materials/video- I will summarize the most interesting part of this video. Sequoia was in the business of manufacturing punch cards and was known for extremely high-quality punch card paper for decades until 2000. The workers in this documentary claim that the quality of the paper for the punch cards was deliberately sabotaged in the months leading up to supplying FL with punch cards in 2000. Quality rejected the paper but was overruled. The manufacture of the cards, specifically for FL, was specified to be millimeters shorter than what is typical. This was due to “concerns” about paper swelling due to humidity. This had never been done in past elections. The combination of the poor quality paper and deliberately shorter cards resulted in massive under voting and hanging chads. That is the theory. One of them speculates that because Sequoia was also in the business of touch screen voting systems which at the time, were not catching on, that a deliberate effort was made to sabotage the quality of the cards, to make them obsolete and drive business to touchscreen voting. If what these workers are saying is true, it is unimaginable what the level of criminality should be for Sequoia.

I finished reading the book Votescam. A few thoughts about it. 1. The hard copies are difficult to obtain or expensive and reading the Kindle version makes you wonder if something may have been altered. 2. The book is not heavily foot noted or sourced. It is a novel more so than a documentary. 3. That said, it is possible to verify many of the assertions if you want to look through archives of old news papers. I did not. 4. If this book is to have a larger impact, it needs to be published on line with all of the source material cross referenced, a monumental task. 5. That said, this book is required reading in my view. My conclusion? The evidence has been there all along. Citizens from both parties have complained about this for decades. Hearings have been held. Three letter agencies have been informed. Journalists have been contacted. Articles have been written. You have to ask yourself..... Why are things go to turn out different THIS time?

Fidlar Technologies – The first election software firm https://www.fidlar.com/CompanyHistory.aspx Going back into the 1970’s and 1980’s this firm was writing code for election machines for many counties around the country. They were called Fidlar and Chambers back then. “In the 1970's we entered the new industry of punch voting technology for elections and in the 1980's we purchased a software development company, giving us the opportunity to be one of the first companies to write software for county government. It was the year 2007, however, that everything came into focus. We sold our election and printing sections of the business ……” It is important to understand how far back this all goes…

For anybody interested in hearing Seth Bluestein's testimony here is a link to the hearing on SOs. Bluestein starts at about 1:12. They had 7 to 10 SURE systems on average running at each SO but used MIT queuing theory to determine when the increase and decrease the load. Six of the offices were open 35 days before the election.
