1/ A 58 year old Jewish woman, 5 ft 100 pounds, was just assaulted by a six foot man 200 pounds, at the anti-Jewish Hate rally. He was tearing do n posters. She asked him to stop. He called her a ‘f—ing c-nt’, hit her with fist, made contact with her nose, knocked her hat off… --- 2/ Three witnesses saw. I have video interviews with all. One said the man had a key in his right (attacking) hand. Another said there are knives that look like keys. The man was held without force by two cops, then walked a block away and released. The woman was told by police that… --- 3/ Since there was no blood or visible injury and since they did not witness it, it was not an assault or battery and the most she can expect is that the assailant will be charged with harassment. None of that is true per NYS law. Unlawful touching is a crime. The woman overseeing this release was of this attacker was per a witness I interviewed, but the same police official who did not deploy cops when Jews were attacked outside a synagogue some months ago. An attacker of Jews, of a tiny woman in this case, is loose by edict of @ NYPD. NYPD clearly have been handed down a policy that forces them to allow injuries and attacks on Jews in NYC streets with impunity. I’m scared to walk to the subway.
