One thing people don't realize about the Armanen runes is that they are not merely an alphabet revealed to Guido von List. The idea is that the runes makeup the very fabric of the kosmos. Translation of this Wiligut text; "It is therefore necessary to consciously establish a connection between the thymus gland and the Santur.
