Find balance as well Try to do something you love and something that makes you utterly happy for at least an hour every day Wether it's going for a walk, reading a book, working out, talking to your parents, whatever it is just do it. Do things that make you feel good, and the negative feelings of stress or anxiety should become less powerful in your life.
