This is my Biggest Failure in Life after 34 Years

So today, I wanted to share what I believe has been the biggest failure of mine in the past 32 years.
Nope, it's not when I failed to hit my biz/personal goals, when I quit on jobs & projects, or when I sucumbed to fear, procastination or self doubt...
But it's this 1 sentence (click here).

As the legendary James Clear says: “You do not rise to the level of your goals but fall to the level of your systems.”
This means starting with small, daily actions to achieve your massive goals.
👉Many Great Days = Many Great Weeks
👉Many Great Weeks = Many Great Months
👉Many Great Months = Many Great Years
👉Many Great Years = A GREAT Life
And so, when you continue focusing on having a great day, one day at a time…
You can’t help but to eventually succeed.
“If you want to change someone’s life, change their day first.”
I recently learned this from a legendary internet marketer, Pat Flynn.
And upon reflection, I realised when it came to many of my clients whose lives I’ve “changed”:
👉Ding Yang who went from burnout to generating millions for his company
👉Jasreel who went from being an overworked auditor to making multiple 6-figures for the Zero Waste movement
👉Yu Wei who started from zero as a student to generating >5 figures for his business
👉Victor who went from being a relative nobody to generating 6-figures in one weekend
Note that when I say changed, I do not mean it’s only because of me.
They did it because they had Faith & took Consistent Action.
All I did was support their “change” through coaching, content, community, and weekly events.
Because of the above, they were able to overcome challenges, achieve their goals, and improve one step at a time, all of which led them to ultimately change their lives.
And lastly…remember that this applies to changing YOUR OWN life too.
💙Quick Reminder for everyone today:
If you do not prioritise the act of prioritising (or what they call strategy work)...
Chances are you're not going to achieve success as fast as you'll like.
It's important to work hard, but to work smart at the same time.
It just takes 10-15 minutes a day on average.
Don't be the one who takes lots of action but achieve minimal results to because you are just doing the same thing over & over again.
"Bulldozing" your way does not work as well anymore.

I stopped trying to change everybody’s lives because I realized that people must take responsibility for their lives first.
Many people say they want a better life, but they don’t back up their words with their actions.
It took me a while to learn this, as I took on many clients who weren’t actually committed. Fortunately, my team and I are better at qualifying the right people now.
Doing this not only helps us achieve a 50-70% conversion rate from our calls but also allows us to save lots of time and effort that could be better used for our current clients instead.
Something I remind my clients all the time is that Psychology > Strategy.
Many people believe that one must have a huge audience or following to be successful, whether because of conditioning by others, the media, or just what society portrays.
And when they don’t, they automatically believe they will fail.
All the strategies and tactics in the world will not work if you don’t believe in them or try them in the first place.
These days, I am focusing on sharing my best stuff on YouTube not to attract new subscribers (though that’s a nice bonus) but to add value to my current audience.
The more they consume my content, the more they get to know and trust me, and the more likely they are to buy from me.
Similar to my posts & emails, I use my principles in the Magnetic Content System (invites closed) to do this.
Besides my team members, my clients are my #1 priority.
On the other hand, many other gurus spend more time and effort finding new clients than keeping their current ones, likely because they have an unlimited budget/audience to work with.
By focusing on client success and results, many continue to stay with us for years and happily refer others to join us.
This way, we don’t have to keep relying on new customers & sales all the time.
Take some time to RECHARGE.
Practice meditation, mindfulness, exercise, sleep more, RELAX.
You don't have to HUSTLE all the time.
You still need REST.
This is one of the most important lessons I learned from a mentor to whom I paid >$50,000.
In short, you should not try to serve every type of client & customer for your lifestyle business; that will make you seem desperate.
Instead, state the kind of customers you want to work with and who you don’t want to work with. This way, you set your expectations & standards, increasing your perceived value to the market.
You can include elements like your target customer’s basic profile, values, personality, etc.

It’s a collection of 15+ strategies (together with scripts, templates, and case studies) for launching your Golden Offer and consistently attracting paying clients every month.
Every month, I launch 2-3 cash campaigns to attract new leads, buyers & clients, which leads to consistent income & profit.
Thanks to this, I no longer have massive ups & downs in my business.

RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE.
Decide for yourself what are your 3 top goals during this period. If you have too many, you will likely fail.
This applies to both LEARNING and IMPLEMENTATION.
Many of us try to emulate the strategies of gurus and celebrities with hundreds of thousands of followers (or more). Many have built their audience for decades or spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on advertisements.
They can publish a simple post or email and attract hundreds of leads and buyers in a few days. As such, many of these gurus are usually too big to care for each individual.
For those who do not have huge lists like us, we win by authentically connecting with every single lead and follower via personal conversations.
As I share with clients, DMs are rocket boosters for most lifestyle businesses.
Like airline companies that provide different ticket categories (e.g. Business class, Economy, etc.), I offer 3 tiers for my clients to choose from.
Note that these are not separate offers but one program with different levels of access to me.
This allows me to cater to my clients’ preferences, speed, and budget and serve them accordingly. This maximizes customer lifetime value, and everyone wins.
