Hello everyone. Wanted to clarify…same day is only available for documents. The cutoff is 2pm ET. Delivery means by EOD. It does not mean in an hour etc. If you have a hard deadline for a same day document order please come talk to me first. I will let you know if I can accommodate you. Depending on how fast you might get charged an additional fee. Keep in mind I dont know if you have a certain time to turn something in, so communicate or EOD.

2 of my 3 people have signed leases. Books wont be open until ALL 3 are signed and keys are in hand. Will keep you posted.
