የኢትዮጵያ የሕግ ባለሙያ ሴቶች ማኅበር (ኢ.ሕ.ባ.ሴ.ማ) ከሀቢታት ፎር ሂውማኒቲ ኢትዮጵያ ጋር በመተባበር በተለያዩ ክልሎች የማህበረሰብ ውይይት፣ የአቅም ግንባታ ስልጠና እንዲሁም የአድቮኬሲ ወርክሾፕ አካሄደ። ኢ.ሕ.ባ.ሴ.ማ “S4HL” በተሰኘው ፕሮጀክት ስር ከሀቢታት ፎር ሂውማኒቲ  ኢትዮጵያ ጋር በመተባበር በሴቶች የመሬት ባለቤትነት/ተጠቃሚነት መብት ዙሪያ በአዳማ ከተማ ሰኔ 19 ቀን 2016 ዓ/ም የማህበረሰብ ውይይት፣ ሰኔ 21 ቀን 2016  ዓ/ም  የአቅም ግንባታ ስልጠና አካሂዷል፤ በተመሳሳይ ሰኔ 21 ቀን 2016 ዓ/ም በሀዋሳ ከተማ አድቮኬሲ ወርክሾፕ አካሂዷል፡፡ የመድረኮቹ ዓላማዎች በፆታ እኩልነት መርሆዎች እና በሴቶች የመሬት ባለቤትነት/ተጠቃሚነት መብቶች ላይ የተሳታፊዎችን ግንዛቤ ለማሳደግና ሴቶች በየክልሎቻቸው የመሬት ባለቤትነት መብታቸውን በማረጋገጥ ሂደት ላይ የሚያጋጥሟቸውን መሰናክሎች እና ተግዳሮቶች በመለየት የመፍትሔ ሃሳብ ለመጠቆም ሲሆን የማህበረሰብ መሪዎች፣ የሲቪል ማህበራት ድርጅቶች ተወካዮች፣ በሴቶች መብት ዙሪያ የሚሰሩ ድርጅቶችና የሀገር ሽማግሌዎች ተሳትፈዋል። በእያንዳንዱ መድረክ መጨረሻም ተሳታፊዎች ከመሬት ባለቤትነት/ይዞታ መብት ጋር በተያያዘ የፆታ እኩልነትን በማስፈን ዙሪያ የማህበረሰባቸውን ግንዛቤ ለማሳደግ የሚያስችሉ የተለያዩ ስልቶችን ማስተዋወቅና የድርጊት መርሀ ግብር አዘገጃጀት ዙሪያ ማብራሪያ ተሰቷቸዋል፡፡    Ethiopian Women Lawyers' Association (EWLA) in partnership with Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia conducted Community Dialogue, Capacity-building training and Advocacy workshop in different regions. Under the S4HL project, EWLA in partnership with Habitat for Humanity Ethiopia conducted a Community dialogue on June 26, 2024 and a Capacity-building training on June 28, 2024 in Adama town; and Advocacy workshop on June 26, 2024 in Hawassa town. Representatives of community leaders, CSOs, WROs and traditional leaders of women’s land rights have participated in the sessions. The objectives of the sessions was to enhance understanding of the participants on Gender Equality principles and women’s land rights, to identify barriers and challenges faced by women in accessing and owning lands in their regions.  At the end of each session, participants were given strategies and action plans to promote gender equality in land tenure within their communities. #EWLA #HabitatforHumanityEthiopia #S4HL #Women’slandrights #Promotegenderequalityinlandtenure

የኢትዮጵያ የሕግ ባለሙያ ሴቶች ማኅበር ከቴሬ ደስ ሆምስ-ትመራለች ፕሮጀክት ጋር በመተባበር የታዳጊና ወጣት ሴቶች እንዲሁም የህጻናት መብት ጥበቃ መተዳደሪያ ደንቦችን፣ ፖሊሲዎችን እና ስትራቴጂዎችን ማሻሻል አስመልክቶ በባህር ዳር ከተማ ከተውጣጡ የእድር እና ጀሚያ አመራሮች ጋር የምክክር መድረክ አካሔደ፡፡ (ሰኔ 19 ቀን 2016 ዓ/ም፤ ባህር ዳር) የመድረኩ ዓላማ ጾታን መሰረተ ባደረጉ ጥቃቶች፣ በህጻናት መብቶችና ጥበቃ ጉዳዮች ዙሪያ ለተሳታፊዎች ግንዛቤ ለማስጨበጥ ሲሆን እንደ እድር እና ጀሚያ ያሉ የአካባቢ ማህበረሰብ አደረጃጀቶችን በማበረታታት ዘላቂና መሰረታዊ አሰራርን ለማጎልበት የሚረዳ ስልት መቀየስ እንደሚቻል ተጠቁሟል፤ ጾታን መሰረት ባደረጉ ጥቃቶች እና በህጻናት መብት ጥበቃ ዙሪያ ገለጻዎች ቀርበዋል፤ ገለጻዎቹን ተከትሎም የእድር እና የጀሚያ መሪዎች በማህበረሰባቸው ውስጥ የሚያጋጥሟቸውን ችግሮች አስመልክቶ ከነባራዊው ዓለም ሁኔታዎች ጋር በተያያዘ ልምዳቸውን አካፍለዋል። የልምድ ልውውጡን ተከትሎ መሪዎቹ ጾታን መሰረት ባደረጉ ጥቃቶችና በህጻናት መብት ጉዳዮች ላይ የሚያጋጥሙ ተግዳሮቶችን ለመፍታት የሚያስችል ንቁ ሚና ሊጫወቱ በሚችሉበት ሁኔታ ላይ ውይይት ተካሂዷል። ተሳታፊዎቹም በቀጣይ ወደየመጡበት እድር እና ጀሚያ ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ሲመለሱ የሚወያዩባቸውና የሚተገብሯቸው ረቂቅ የድርጊት መርሃ ግብሮችን አዘጋጅተዋል። በምክክር መድረኩ 30 የሚሆኑ የባህርዳር ከተማ የእድርና ጀሚያ አመራሮች ተሳትፈዋል። Ethiopian Women Lawyers’ Association (EWLA) in collaboration with Terre des Hommes with the She Leads Project conducted a workshop with Bahir Dar City Iddir and Jemiya Leaders to revise their by-laws, Policies and Strategies on protection of Girls and Young Women (GYWs) and Child Rights. The workshop aims to aware the Iddir/Jemiya Leaders on issues of GBV/HTPs, Child Rights and Child protection. (June 27, 2024, Bahir Dar). The workshop is believed to empower and engage local community organizations like Iddir and Jemiya to build strategy for driving lasting, grassroots-level development. In the workshop, there were brief presentations on the issues of GBV and child rights protection. After the presentations, the Iddir and Jemiya leaders shared their experiences dealing with real-world situations related to these problems within their communities. Following the experience sharing, there was a discussion on how the leaders could take a more active role in addressing GBV and child rights issues. The participants then developed draft action plans to bring back to their respective Iddir and Jemiya general assemblies for further discussion and implementation.
