*Big Personal update* It is rare for the founders to stay in the acquiring companies beyond 2-3 years. Perhaps I also had the same impression when we were acquired by Adda Education that it is going to be a short stint once I help them out with the transition and assimilation. However, I was pleasantly surprised to notice so many similarities in the vision of Study IQ and Adda Education. It was also great to receive the warmth and constant encouragement by those at the helm especially the Group CEO Mr Anil Nagar and Co-Founder Saurabh Bansal, they always received us like a family and considered our aspirations as their own. It is therefore only logical to extend our association further so we can achieve our common goal with our shared values at the core of it. I have today signed a long-term contract with Adda Education that will see me stay at StudyIQ Education till 2030 (& hopefully beyond). Getting back to work now………The energy around me makes it feel like day 1 here. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
