🛑كبداية عن موضوع ECG🛑 عدنا ١٢ ليد 🛑via ECG machine (electrocardiograph) which is: composed of 10 electrodes: 1- electrodes of limbs (4 electrodes) 2- electrodes of chest (6 electrodes) composed of 12 leads: 1- 3 dipole limb leads (Leads I, II ,III ) 2- 3 augmented voltage limb leads (Leads aVR , aVL , aVF ) 3- 6 unipole chest leads (Leads V1 , V2 , V3 , V4 , V5 , V6 ) 🟣unipole chest leads (Leads V1, V2 6 -3 , V3, V4, V5, V6): they are electrical activity between (central terminal - chest electrode): 1- leads V1 and V2 >> over the right ventricle 2- leads V3 and V4 >> over the interventricular septum and anterior wall of left ventricle 3- leads V5 and V6 >> over the anterior and lateral walls of left ventricle ⚪️augmented voltage limb leads 3 -2 (Leads aVR , aVL , aVF ): they are electrical activity between (central terminal - limb electrode): 1- lead aVL >> signal between central terminal (negative) and left arm (positive) 2- lead aVR >> signal between central terminal (negative) and right arm (positive) 3- lead aVF >> signal between central terminal (negative) and left leg (positive) 🔴dipole limb leads (Leads I, II ,III): 3 -1 they are electrical activity between (pairs of limb electrodes): 1- Lead I >> signal between the right arm (negative) and left arm (positive) 2- Lead II >> signal between the right arm (negative) and left leg (positive) 3- Lead III >> signal between the left arm (negative) and left leg (positive)
