The International Criminal Court (ICC) is seeking arrest warrants for Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on charges of war crimes and crimes against humanity. This was announced by the court's chief prosecutor, Karim Khan, in an interview with CNN. The decision will be made by a panel of ICC judges. Arrest warrants are also being sought for Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and two senior Hamas leaders – the leader of the Al-Qassam Brigades, Mohammed Diab Ibrahim al-Masri, and the political leader of the group, Ismail Haniyeh.

Turkey and Azerbaijan insist on changing not only Armenia's constitution but also Syria's.
