Current Situation ✅ Live Channels are now back up and running ✅ Backup systems are currently active and stable ⚠️ VOD Content has unfortunately been heavily affected/lost We will now begin recovering and rebuilding as much VOD content as possible. However, this is not an instant process. Content must be restored, re-added, organised, and re-encoded server by server, so recovery will take time. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, understanding, and support during this situation. We know outages are frustrating, and we never take your support for granted. The team will continue working around the clock over the coming days to fully restore services.

Unfortunately, we suffered a major server failure affecting both our main and multi-main systems, which also contained a large amount of stored data. During this period, the datacentre also experienced serious issues/raids which impacted multiple services, and many providers are still trying to recover and stabilise systems even now. Other services are down but we are back as we had strong backups in place. Please understand this has been an extremely long and stressful night for the team, and every effort has been made to minimise downtime for everyone.
