Sir, 2022 me bsc complete ho gayi thi.. lekin du walo ne abhi tak degree nahi di.. lekin marksheet h complete and provisional certificate h.. to kya degree certificate ki jagah provisional certificate upload karna h kya?? If yes.. uske baad declaration form me.. "I have submitted" me qualifying degree par click karna h ya qualifying degree ko absent dikhana h??
