On 1 October 2026, NUM iLAW faculty members and students participated in a study visit and specialized training at the Council of Jurists of the Office of the Council of Ministers on the “Guidelines on the Procedures and Rules for Drafting Laws and Other Legal Instruments.”
The program provided students with valuable practical insights into legal drafting procedures and the preparation of laws and other legal instruments.

Mrs. Soromnear Sin participated as a Co-Arbitrator in the Mock Arbitration, contributing her professional experience and practical insights into tribunal case management, procedural fairness, witness and expert evidence, and the effective conduct of arbitral proceedings.

NUM iLAW Study Visit and Legal Drafting Training at the Council of Jurists
On 1 October 2026, faculty members and students of the NUM International Program in Law (NUM iLAW) participated in a study visit and specialized training at the Council of Jurists of the Office of the Council of Ministers on the “Guidelines on the Procedures and Rules for Drafting Laws and Other Legal Instruments.”
Led by Mr. Din Siden, Director of NUM iLAW, the delegation, comprising approximately 60 faculty members and students, gained practical insights into legal drafting procedures and the preparation of laws and other legal instruments.
NUM iLAW extends our sincere appreciation to H.E. Vongsey Vissoth, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister and Minister in Charge of the Office of the Council of Ministers; H.E. Dr. Sea Mao; H.E.
