𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗱: 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 1. The salary cycle for each month would be from 23rd to 22nd. Ex: salary paid on 1st November will be based on attendance from 23-09-2021 to 22-10-2021. 2. Leaves, On-duty and attendance regularisation applied through HRMS will be treated as present. 3. The Attendances marked by Employees like VROs and surveyors etc who have been permission by Govt to mark attendance from any secretariat are also considered as present. 4. Dashboard will be provided with following details from 5 PM today @ Report no R 3.5 in dashboards of GSWS website a. No of working days in salary cycle period b. No of days attendance marked through Biometric C. No of leaves and regularisation approved in HRMS 5. As a one time activity for the current salary cycle all the leaves applied in HRMS till 10am on 24-10-2021 ( irrespective of approval) will be treated as present. 6. All the employees are requested to apply leaves/ regularisation pending any for the period 23-09-2021 to 22- 10-2021 through HRMS. 7.
