The arrangement is based on the following rules: • One who likes Asus is seated opposite to Q. • P is 3rd to the right of the one who likes HP who is seated between R and the one who likes Apple. • V is 3rd to the left of S who likes Acer. • W is to the immediate left of the one who likes Sony. • One who likes Asus is a neighbour of P. • Q does not like HP and V does not like Asus. • Q is 2nd to the left of T who is not a neighbour of P. • Either Q or V likes Sony. • P and R are seated facing the same direction. • The one who likes Apple is 2nd to the right of the one who likes Lenovo. • P and W do not like Lenovo. V faces outside the centre. • One who likes Samsung is facing the opposite direction faced by S. • Not more than 2 persons who sit on consecutive seats face the same direction.

Twelve people are sitting in two parallel rows containing six people each in such a way that there is an equal distance between adjacent persons. In row 1, A, B, C, D, E and F are sitting and all of them are facing South. In row 2, P, Q, R, S, T and V are sitting and all of them are facing North. Therefore, in the given seating arrangement, each member of a row faces another member of the other row. V sits third to the right of S. S faces F and F does not sit at any of the extreme ends of the lines. D sits third to the right of C. R faces E. The one facing E sits third to the right of P. B and P does not sit at the extreme ends of the lines. T is not an immediate neighbour of S and F is not an immediate neighbour of D.

P, Q, R, S, T, V, X and Y are seated in a straight line facing North. P sits fourth to the left of V. V sits either sixth from the left end of the line or fourth from the right end of the line. S sits second to the right of R. R is not an immediate neighbour of V. T and Q are immediate neighbours of each other but neither T nor Q sits at extreme ends of the line. Only one person sits between T and X. X does not sit at the extreme end of the line.

Six persons sits around an equilateral triangular table. Three of them sits at corner of the table and three of them sits at middle side of the table. The one who sits at corner of the table faces toward the center of the table and the one who sits at middle side of the table faces outside of the table. E sits second to the left of F. Only one person sits between F and A. C sits immediate left of A. D sits second to the left of C.
