12 IDF STRIKES ISLAMIC JIHAD LAUNCH SITE IN KHAN YUNIS; ELIMINATES TERRORISTS AND DESTROYS INFRASTRUCTURE IN GAZA STRIP
Last night, an IAF aircraft struck a launch site placed by Islamic Jihad inside a shelter in the humanitarian area in Khan Yunis. Prior to the strike, various measures were taken to mitigate harm to uninvolved civilians.
Terrorist organizations in the Gaza Strip continue to place weapons and terrorist infrastructure amidst the civilian population, endangering them and using them as human shields.

13 REPORTED REDEPLOYMENT OF CARRIER STRIKE GROUP 2 TO EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN
According to a U.S. Defense Official, elements of Carrier Strike Group 2, including the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, currently conducting operations against the Houthi terrorist group in the southern Red Sea, will soon be redeployed to the Eastern Mediterranean.
This redeployment aims to assist Israel with the defense of its northern airspace from large-scale attacks involving long-range missiles, rockets, and drones expected to be launched by Hezbollah at the beginning of an Israeli ground and air offensive into southern Lebanon.
Once in the Eastern Mediterranean, the ships will join additional U.S. and British Navy vessels currently deployed to the Mediterranean and from Naval Station Rota in Spain. Meanwhile, coalition forces with the EU’s “Operation Aspides” will continue operations against the Houthis in the Red Sea.

14 REPORTED REDEPLOYMENT OF CARRIER STRIKE GROUP 2 TO EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN
According to a U.S. Defense Official, elements of Carrier Strike Group 2, including the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, currently conducting operations against the Houthi terrorist group in the southern Red Sea, will soon be redeployed to the Eastern Mediterranean.
This redeployment aims to assist Israel with the defense of its northern airspace from large-scale attacks involving long-range missiles, rockets, and drones expected to be launched by Hezbollah at the beginning of an Israeli ground and air offensive into southern Lebanon.
Once in the Eastern Mediterranean, the ships will join additional U.S. and British Navy vessels currently deployed to the Mediterranean and from Naval Station Rota in Spain. Meanwhile, coalition forces with the EU’s “Operation Aspides” will continue operations against the Houthis in the Red Sea.

18 HAMAS’ USE OF CIVILIAN RESIDENCES IN RAFAH FOR TERRORISM AND TUNNELS
The Nahal Brigade Combat Team continues to conduct precise, intelligence-based operations in the Rafah area, under the leadership of the 162nd Division.
Over the past few weeks, the soldiers have been performing intelligence-driven scans and raiding terrorist targets in the area. During a scan conducted by the Nahal Reconnaissance Battalion, soldiers discovered large quantities of weapons hidden in wardrobes within a civilian residence. These included grenades, explosives, a launcher, anti-tank missiles, ammunition, and other arms. In another scan using a drone, a tunnel shaft was found under a child's bed, and in another room, soldiers discovered a passage in the wall created by Hamas operatives to move between residences in crowded neighborhoods.
The brigade's Fire Control Center destroyed terrorist infrastructure in the area, including a weapons storage facility. Secondary explosions observed after the strike indicated that significant quantities of weapons were stored there.

However, due to the war, the anti-govt protests, and the resistance on charedi draft, the outcry over the proposed law was felt even within Likud where some MK’s refused to support it, and also with surprising opposition from coalition party Otzma Yehudit.
The Prime Minister pulled the proposal, Shas leader Deri expressed major upset and have scheduled an urgent party meeting.

IDF INTERCEPTS HOSTILE AIRCRAFT FROM LEBANON AMID ESCALATING BORDER TENSIONS
Following the sirens that sounded at 14:21 due to a hostile aircraft infiltration in the areas of Kela and Sha'al, the IDF Aerial Defense Array successfully intercepted a suspicious aerial target that crossed from Lebanese territory.
Over the past few hours, multiple launches were identified crossing from Lebanon into several areas in northern Israel. No injuries were reported. In response, IDF artillery fired toward the areas of Kfarhamam and Labbouneh in southern Lebanon.
Throughout the night, IDF fighter jets struck Hezbollah terrorist infrastructure in the areas of Taybeh and Deir Seryan in southern Lebanon. Additionally, IDF artillery fired toward several areas in southern Lebanon throughout the day.
