| 11 |  🚨 FORT DRUM NUCLEAR REACTOR — WATCH THE SPEED OF THIS
Something unusual is happening with America’s nuclear buildout.
On August 26, the U.S. Army selected Fort Drum, New York, for a new Westinghouse nuclear microreactor under its Janus Program — potentially New York’s first newly operating nuclear reactor since 1988.
But look at the timeline:
⚛️ May 2025: Trump signs an executive order directing the Army to get a nuclear reactor operating at a domestic military installation by September 30, 2028.
⚛️ 2025–26: The Army launches Janus, evaluating military installations and private reactor companies.
⚛️ August 26, 2026: Fort Drum is officially selected and Westinghouse is paired with the installation.
⚛️ Up to $2.2 BILLION in federal funding is being committed to the broader Janus program through 2031, alongside private investment.
⚛️ Here’s the unusual part: these reactors are being deployed on military installations and will be regulated by the Army rather than licensed through the NRC’s ordinary civilian-reactor process.
⚛️ And as of the announcement, I can find no completed Fort Drum-specific Environmental Impact Statement, Environmental Assessment or public NEPA hearing/comment process for this reactor.
That doesn’t necessarily mean environmental review won’t occur—the project is still in its early stages—but compare this with the decade-plus timelines that have plagued conventional American nuclear projects.
The federal government has simultaneously been moving to streamline advanced-nuclear environmental and regulatory reviews, while the President has imposed a hard 2028 operational deadline.
And why the urgency?
The Army explicitly identifies GRID VULNERABILITY and ENERGY SECURITY as reasons for putting nuclear generation directly on military bases.
Put the pieces together:
GRID VULNERABILITY → NATIONAL EMERGENCY / ENERGY SECURITY → MILITARY MICROREACTORS → STREAMLINED REGULATION → 2028 DEADLINE
Whatever your view of nuclear power, that’s an extraordinary acceleration of the normal American nuclear-development process.
And Fort Drum is now at the center of it.

| 12 |  HISTORY DOESN’T ALWAYS REPEAT — SOMETIMES IT RHYMES ON PURPOSE.
We’ve been seeing a recurring pattern in 2026: current events seem to be resurrecting controversial narratives from the Obama era, giving Americans a reason to go back and investigate what happened the first time.
The latest example is Abdul El-Sayed and the Muslim Brotherhood narrative.
During the Obama administration, U.S. policy toward Egypt and the Muslim Brotherhood generated enormous controversy. Following the Arab Spring, Obama’s administration engaged with the Muslim Brotherhood as it rose to political power under Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi. Billions in longstanding U.S. assistance continued flowing to Egypt during this period.
Then there’s Mohamed Soltan, who creates a remarkable bridge between the two eras.
In 2015, Soltan was sentenced to life in Egypt in a case involving allegations that included supporting/funding the Muslim Brotherhood. The Obama White House publicly called for his immediate release. Egypt ultimately released him, and he returned to America.
Now fast-forward a decade.
Soltan donated $7,000 directly to Abdul El-Sayed’s Senate campaign, while the organization he leads, ACMER, contributed $25,000 to the pro-El-Sayed Fighting for Michigan PAC.
And the timing makes the parallel even more striking: in January 2026, the Trump administration designated the Egyptian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood a Specially Designated Global Terrorist.
So look at the historical echo:
THEN: Obama administration → engagement with Muslim Brotherhood-led Egypt → controversy over U.S. policy and funding → Obama White House intervenes publicly on Soltan’s behalf.
NOW: Soltan → financially supports El-Sayed → organization funds pro-El-Sayed PAC → Muslim Brotherhood connections become a political controversy again → Trump administration has now designated the Egyptian branch a terrorist organization.
THE THEORY:
El-Sayed is A MIRROR - another Obama. I think his emergence in the national narrative may be causing Americans to encounter a modern version of a controversy they largely missed, dismissed or covered up by the MSM during the Obama years.
That fits the larger pattern I’ve been documenting:
Present-day controversy → public curiosity/outrage → people start digging → forgotten history resurfaces.
What if the point of the modern story is ultimately to make people understand the old story?
The present becomes the lens through which the past is finally exposed.

| 15 |  Trump administration’s Department of Education has formally begun the process of stripping the American Bar Association (ABA) of its federal authority to accredit U.S. law schools.
What happened:
On August 21, the Education Department recommended that the ABA’s status as the federally recognized accreditor for law schools not be renewed. This is the beginning of the process, not a final revocation.
Why the administration is doing it:
The Department produced a roughly 500-page report concluding that the ABA accreditation arm is not sufficiently independent from the legal profession it regulates. Assistant Education Secretary David Barker compared the accreditation system to a “cartel,” arguing that lack of competition allows accreditors to impose political or ideological preferences.
DEI is a central issue:
The Trump administration has repeatedly criticized the ABA for using its accreditation authority to promote diversity, equity and inclusion requirements at law schools.
Trump had already directed Education Secretary Linda McMahon in April 2025 to examine whether the ABA’s federal accrediting recognition should be suspended or terminated.

Moderna reported its mRNA flu vaccine was 26.6% more effective than a standard flu vaccine. But that’s the relative number.
The absolute difference was much smaller. Influenza occurred in approximately 2.0% of mRNA recipients compared with 2.8% receiving the standard flu shot.
Out of every 1,000 people, that works out to about 8 fewer cases of influenza with the mRNA shot.
Meanwhile, 64 out of 1,000 people experienced a severe reaction.
The trial also reported 5 deaths in the mRNA vaccine group compared with 1 in the standard flu vaccine group.
When the FDA approves a new vaccine, Americans deserve to see the numbers in a way that actually shows the difference in both benefit and risk. Informed consent requires the full picture.
