I have finally finished reading Hitler: Memoirs of a Confidant by Otto Wagener. I cannot stress enough how absolutely outstanding this memoir was! The memoir not only describes Hitler as Führer, but also Hitler simply as a man; who had doubts at times, who could feel heartache, who had personality traits that annoyed others, etc. There is no doubt I could do over 100 posts on this book alone, but I don’t want to give most of it away. People will have to read it for themselves.
