| 2 | šµ Frequently Asked Questions About OmyPayments Investment Opportunity
OmyPayments is an operational fintech business. We have evaluated the company, the team, the product, and the business model, and have decided to invest. A separate OmyPayments investment pool is now open for DigiU participants. Here are the key questions to help you make your own informed decision.
āļø What is OmyPayments?
A payment infrastructure for businesses that bridges traditional finance and crypto payments. Through a single platform, companies can accept and convert payments, process cross-border and mass payouts, exchange digital assets, issue corporate cards and invoices, and automate payment processes via API.
The company already works with corporate clients and is in the scaling stage. Website: omypayments.com
āļø Why are DigiU and WebWise Capital investing?
We view OmyPayments as both an investment asset and a potentially strategic product for the DigiU ecosystem:
āļø A live product with corporate clients.
āļø The cross-border B2B payments market.
āļø Scalability through major clients and partners.
āļø An experienced team and strong founder expertise.
āļø Potential integration with WebWisePay.
āļø What exactly am I buying?
You participate in the dedicated OmyPayments investment pool via DigiU. This is an economic interest in the outcome of the investment position, not additional DigiU shares or direct OmyPayments shares in your name. When the investment is realized, each participant receives a proportional share of the actual proceeds in accordance with the deal terms.
āļø What are the participation terms?
š¹ Packages ā from $500 to $5,000.
š¹ Total pool size ā up to $150,000, valuation ā $8 million.
š¹ Full or installment payments are available.
With installments, your participation is allocated based on the amount actually paid. The unpaid portion does not reserve an allocation in the pool.
āļø How can this generate returns?
This is a venture investment. The potential outcome is tied to the growth of OmyPayments' valuation and a subsequent liquidity event: the sale of the investment position, a strategic deal with a major financial or fintech player, or another scenario outlined in the deal terms.
A higher valuation alone does not mean a cash payout to the investor. The team's strategic horizon is about 2ā4 years. This is a guideline, not a guaranteed exit timeframe.
āļø Can I exit early?
A quick, independent exit from the pool is not provided for. Your capital may remain in the position for several years until a liquidity event occurs.
āļø What risks should I consider?
š¹ The company may grow slower than expected.
š¹ Negotiations and integrations may yield below-expected results.
š¹ Regulations and market conditions may change.
š¹ Future funding rounds may impact the existing position.
š¹ The exit timeline is unknown in advance.
š¹ In an adverse scenario, a total loss of invested capital is possible.
Before participating, review the deal documents and decide what level of risk is comfortable for you.
āļø Is there an affiliate commission?
Yes, 5% of the amount actually paid by the referred participant. Copy your affiliate link on the OmyPayments Sale page and send it to the person you're inviting. Example: a participant pays $1,000 ā your commission is $50.
āļø How do I participate?
1ļøā£ Open the OmyPayments page in your DigiU Account (link)
2ļøā£ Review the information, terms, and risks.
3ļøā£ Complete KYC.
4ļøā£ Choose your amount and payment option.
5ļøā£ Finalize your participation.
On the OmyPayments Sale page you'll find two videos: a review by DigiU CEO Alexey Ognev and a conversation with the OmyPayments CEO about the business, product, clients, and development plans. Watch them and make your own decision. The pool size is limited. | 1 084 |
| 3 | šæ OmyPayments: Clients, Business Growth, and Potential Exit ā Conversation with Founder
Ā
Today in the DigiU Account, we're releasing new video: the GP of WebWise Capital and Artem Avdeev, CEO and founder of OmyPayments, discuss the company from a private investor's perspective.
Ā
In the first deal review, the CEO of DigiU explained why the ecosystem decided to invest. Now we're taking a closer look at the business itself: who uses the platform, what they pay for, how the company plans to scale, and what could potentially drive returns on this investment.
Ā
OmyPayments is already serving corporate clients. Some use the platform to pay their own employees, while others integrate its infrastructure into their services and offer the solution to their customers.
Ā
One of the latest use cases is a contract with a UK fintech company to use a white-label platform. For OmyPayments, this isn't just an initial sale ā it's also an opportunity to generate ongoing revenue as the partner's clients continue using the services.
Ā
This is exactly where the scaling logic comes into play: instead of reaching out to every business individually, the company can grow through partners who already have their own customer base.
Ā
The new episode covers three key topics:
Ā
š¹Clients and Revenue. How cross-border payroll payouts work, why companies choose OmyPayments, and how the platform makes money.
Ā
š¹Next Stage of Growth. Selling a white-label platform, preparing a UnionPay card program under a direct agreement with a bank in Asia, and the objectives for which the company is raising investment.
Ā
š¹Potential Exit. Why OmyPayments might be of interest to a major financial player, and how the team, together with a specialized investor, is preparing the business for a potential strategic acquisition. This is a strategic focus, not a signed buyout agreement.
Ā
If you were waiting to hear from the founder before making a decision, both reviews are now available: the investment rationale from the CEO of DigiU and the business overview from the CEO of OmyPayments.
Ā
Main Sale Terms
Ā
Participation is calculated based on an OmyPayments valuation of $8 million.
Ā
The minimum amount is $500. Full payment and installment plans are available. The pool size is limited, and participants must complete KYC before investing.
Ā
Watch the video and review the documents and risks on the deal page. If you're ready to proceed, choose your amount and secure your participation in the available pool allocation.
Ā
This is a separate OmyPayments investment pool, not a purchase of additional DigiU shares.

| 5 | OmyPayments: Registration for the Investment Breakdown Is Open
Ā
A few days ago, on DigiU Talks, we explained how a professional VC fund makes investment decisions and announced that upcoming opportunities and in-depth breakdowns will gradually move to the DigiU Account.
Ā
The first case is OmyPayments.
Ā
The company's page is already live in the DigiU Account, where you can register for the investment breakdown.
Ā
Registration is free, creates no obligations, and doesn't reserve a spot in the investment pool.
Ā
On September 21, the deal breakdown with the DigiU CEO will be released, and the first participation window will open.
Ā
OmyPayments is developing a fully operational B2B platform for cross-border payments: companies can accept and convert funds and send mass cross-border payouts through a single infrastructure.
Ā
Over the past month, the company has also added tools for confidential corporate transactions while maintaining compliance, and solutions for managing crypto-asset AML/KYT risk.
Ā
OmyPayments already has corporate clients. WebWise Capital has signed a SAFE with the company, and collaboration with WebWisePay is being developed in parallel.
Ā
In the breakdown, we'll discuss:
Ā
ā why DigiU is considering this company;
ā how the business makes money;
ā the investment terms;
ā what a participant in the separate pool gets;
ā possible investment exit scenarios;
ā what could go wrong;
ā reasons not to participate in this deal.
Ā
š¹Three Participation Windows
Ā
DigiU consistently offers extra opportunities to those who participate earlier and more actively in the ecosystem's development.
Ā
On September 15, we distributed 10 million WebWisePay shares among the third-stage participants, based on snapshots and previously announced coefficients.
Ā
For OmyPayments, this principle will continue through priority access to the investment pool.
Ā
September 21 ā Pre-sale #1
The OmyPayments valuation for calculating participation ā$7 million.
Ā
Access is granted to co-owners with a purchased package of $1,000+ or an active payment schedule with no overdue payments.
Ā
September 23 ā Pre-sale #2
Valuation ā $7.5 million.
Ā
Access is granted to co-owners with a $500+ package or an active payment schedule.
Ā
September 25 ā Main Sale
Valuation ā $8 million.
Ā
Participation opens to everyone, including those without a DigiU Account.
Ā
Before the main sale starts, a second video will be released ā featuring the CEO of OmyPayments, who will go into more detail about the company, the product, and the current business development.
Ā
The earlier the access, the lower the valuation used to calculate participation.
Ā
You'll need to pass KYC to make a purchase.
Ā
The pool size is limited, but there's no artificial deadline: participation will remain available until the entire allocated volume is filled.
Ā
The minimum participation amount is $500.
Ā
Important: this is a separate OmyPayments investment pool, not a purchase of additional DigiU shares. The legal structure, participant rights, and the mechanism for receiving returns will be disclosed in the deal materials.
Ā
š¹More Opportunities ā Inside the DigiU Account
Ā
Investment content, available offers, and current terms are gradually moving to the DigiU Account.
Ā
Priority access may depend on the country, status, and internal participant rating.
Ā
The rating is influenced by your history of interacting with the ecosystem: the timeliness of fulfilling obligations, the size and history of participation, additional investment opportunities, the use of DigiU products, and other factors.
Ā
Over time, the rating will determine which opportunities, terms, and levels of priority access are available to a participant.
Ā
For OmyPayments, the breakdowns from the DigiU CEO and the OmyPayments CEO, along with the terms, documents, risks, and information about your participation window, will be published in the Account.
Ā
Future materials about WebWise Capital and the fund's portfolio will also be moved there.

| 6 | š 10,000,000 WebWisePay shares have been distributed. The reward is already in your portfolios.
Ā
The third DigiU funding round has ended, and today we're fulfilling another key commitment to its participants.
Ā
1% of WebWisePay ā 10,000,000 shares ā has been distributed among those who participated in the funding round from April 16 to August 31, 2026.
Ā
The distribution included 969 investors. The calculation is based on the 234 million DigiU shares actually purchased.
Ā
We factored in all five snapshots and the previously announced multipliers:
Ā
Ć1 for active installment plans,
Ć1.5 for installment plans paid off early,
Ć2 for full payments and paid upgrades.
Ā
«DigiU rewards those who step up exactly when the company needs them most. At the start of the third funding round, much of WebWisePay existed only in our plans. Today, the wallet, apps, and virtual Visa cards are fully operational, and physical cards are already in production.
These 10,000,000 distributed shares are a reward for everyone who walked this path with us. The future value of this position will be defined by WebWisePay's results and the scale we can achieve togetherĀ».
ā Alexey Ognev, CEO of DigiUĀ
Tell us in the comments: how many WebWisePay shares did you get?
Ā
And here's a second, even more important question: how do you see WebWisePay evolving in your country?
Ā
Know any companies that might be interested in our cards, payment infrastructure, or B2B solutions ā introduce us. Have connections to the local market, a strong partner, or a potential corporate client ā reach out.
Ā
Together, we can build the next big success for WebWisePay.

| 8 | Ā«If AI reshapes tech markets 1ā2 times a year, why do we even need venture funds with a 10-year planning horizon?Ā»
Ā
We started this new episode of DigiU Talks with GP WebWiseCapital with this question.
Ā
The short answer: 10 years is the portfolio holding horizon, not a single investment hypothesis for a decade. The market changes ā and along with it, where, how, and why the fund invests changes.
Ā
In the episode, we broke down several things that usually remain behind the scenes of venture investments.
Ā
š¹Good technology does not yet mean a good investment.
Ā
A few years ago, crypto venture capital looked much more closely at technology, tokenomics, well-known investors in the round, and the potential growth of the token.
Ā
Today, the questions have become much closer to classic business: Who is the client? Why do they pay? How much does it cost to acquire them? Do they return? Is there revenue, retention, and working unit economics?
Ā
The market has changed ā and the investment strategy changes with it. That is why payments & fintech, cybersecurity, AI and projects where strong technology is linked to a clear business model are receiving more attention today.
Ā
š¹In venture capital, money alone does not yet grant access.
Ā
You can have capital and not even hear about a strong deal. You can hear about it ā and not get an allocation. You can get access ā and still end up with a single concentrated position instead of a full-fledged portfolio.
Ā
Therefore, for a professional fund, separate assets become deal flow, reputation, network of relationships, speed of decision-making, and the ability to filter hundreds of projects. In some months, the Contribution Capital team reviewed about 200 projects and chose two.
Ā
And here emerges one of the most interesting thoughts of the conversation: "By investing through another professional fund, you sometimes buy not just its portfolio. You buy its machine for searching, selecting, and accessing deals."
Therefore, WebWise Capital for DigiU is not just a set of investment positions. It is access to professional investment infrastructure, funds, founders, new markets, and information on where the tech market is heading.
Ā
And next ā the most interesting part.
Ā
In an open format, we showed how we look at venture capital and make investment decisions.
Ā
The next breakdowns will be in a closed DigiU format: specific companies, entry conditions, risks, deal logic, and the reasons why we are ready to invest ā or walk away.
Ā
This is already a different level of conversation ā closer to the real process of making investment decisions.
Ā

| 9 | šæ Why capital doesn't guarantee access to top-tier venture deals
Ā
You might have $10,000 or even $100,000 to invest. But that's usually not enough to operate independently as a professional venture capital fund.
Ā
There are at least three limitations:
Ā
š¹ seeing the deal ā many private rounds never become publicly available;
Ā
š¹ getting an allocation ā minimum check sizes can start in the tens of thousands of dollars, and top companies choose investors based on more than just capital size;
Ā
š¹ building a portfolio ā a single large investment just leaves you with a concentrated position in one company.
Ā
A professional fund adds what you can't simply buy off the shelf: deal flow, reputation, a vetting system, legal infrastructure, relationships with other funds, and the ability to diversify risk across multiple companies.
Ā
Today, we're releasing a new conversation with the CEO of DigiU and the GP of WebWise Capital.
Ā
DigiU is the lead investor in WebWise Capital. Through it, the ecosystem gains access to direct investments, professional funds, and private market opportunities that an individual retail investor would rarely see or be able to tap into on their own.
Ā
In this episode, we break down in simple terms:
Ā
ā why a VC fund's long lifespan doesn't mean sticking to a single, unchanging investment thesis;
Ā
ā who GPs and LPs are;
Ā
ā how capital calls and follow-on investments work;
Ā
ā where deal flow comes from and why an established fund's reputation becomes an asset in itself;
Ā
ā why one fund invests through another;
Ā
ā why a large check still doesn't guarantee access to the best deals;
Ā
ā how the focus in crypto venture capital has shifted from tokenomics and expected token growth to users, revenue, cash flows, and unit economics.
Ā
We'll also discuss real stories from the portfolio: investments that didn't meet initial expectations, companies that managed to pivot their strategy, and cases where a portfolio asset can bring the ecosystem not just a potential financial return, but also technology, new connections, and access to future deals.
Ā
This isn't a logo parade or an attempt to paint every investment as a success.
Ā
It's a conversation about how a professional venture investor makes decisions under uncertainty, allocates attention and capital, and steadily improves the quality of opportunities available to them.
Ā
This episode kicks off a new series of content on WebWiseCapital and the venture market. Basic overviews will be published in the DigiU Account, while we plan to develop more in-depth analyses of companies and investment decisions within the DigiU Premium Club.
Ā
The first practical follow-up to this series will be a dedicated investment analysis of OmyPayments.
Ā
If you're considering participating in the fourth stage of DigiU, this episode will help you understand why the ecosystem model goes beyond a single product ā and how proprietary technology, investment assets, professional funds, and a global community can amplify each other.

| 10 | š¼ In venture capital, having money isn't enough. You also need access
Ā
DigiU is the primary investor in WebWise Capital.
Ā
Through DigiU, the ecosystem gains access to direct investments, professional funds, syndicates, and private market deals that a retail investor would typically never even see.
Ā
However, access to deals like these and the reputation of an active venture capital fund are assets in their own right. And they have to be built first.
Ā
WebWise Capital's initial direct investments were important not just for the positions they secured in specific companies. They also allowed the fund to demonstrate its ability to source deals, conduct due diligence, negotiate terms, and successfully close investments.
Ā
Once that's established, the next level opens up: sharing deal flow with other funds, co-investing, securing new allocations, gaining access to founders, and entering investment networks that are virtually invisible to retail investors.
Ā
Until now, we've deliberately avoided diving deep into these mechanics in our public communications.
Ā
Not because it can't be explained, but because without real-world examples, discussions about LPs, GPs, capital calls, follow-on investments, and fund structures quickly devolve into a string of buzzwords.
Ā
The situation is different now.
Ā
DigiU now has its own investment ecosystem, direct deals, WebWise Capital, positions in professional funds, and concrete investment decisions we can analyze in practice.
Ā
That's why we're rolling out a more advanced level of content.
Ā
⢠What are GPs and LPs?
⢠What venture capital fund models actually exist out there?
⢠Why does one fund raise tens of millions of dollars upfront, while another deploys capital gradually?
⢠Why would a fund invest through another fund?
⢠What's the difference between a fund and a syndicate?
⢠What is a capital call, a follow-on investment, and deal flow?
⢠And why can two investors with the exact same capital end up with access to completely different opportunities?
Ā
šæ In the coming days, the CEO of DigiU and the General Partner of WebWise Capital will kick off a new content series covering venture investments and the fund's portfolio.
Ā
We'll start by breaking down how the private markets investment chain works, how the landscape has shifted since 2023, and why WebWise Capital's strategy has evolved along with it.
Ā
We'll also take a closer look at why users, revenue, cash flows, and unit economics carry significantly more weight for us today than tokenomics alone.
Ā
This won't be the simplest content.
Ā
And that's exactly the point.
Ā
We want DigiU participants to do more than just see new portfolio companies. We want them to gradually understand how a professional venture investor sources deals, evaluates them, allocates capital, and decides on the next investment.
Ā
Foundational materials and reviews will be available in the DigiU Account. We plan to develop more in-depth breakdowns of specific companies and investment decisions, along with meetings and exclusive content, within the DigiU Premium Club, which was announced during the third funding round.
Ā
And one of the first practical follow-ups to this series will be a dedicated investment breakdown of OmyPayments.

| 11 | The fourth stage of DigiU has started. Along with it, the entry conditions are changing.
Ā

Ā
Here are a few key takeaways to consider when making an investment decision.
Ā
The goal of the current stage is to integrate existing products, infrastructure, and investment assets into a fully operational economic system.
«Right now, our focus is on WebWisePay and scaling the card product, physical cards, B2B pilots, new payment corridors, licensing, increasing investment positions, and expanding into new markets. The faster the capital for this stage is raised, the more of these areas we can develop in parallel, gather data more quickly, validate the economics, and scale proven models,» commented Alexey Ognev, CEO of DigiU.
The share price is now dynamic.
Ā
The starting price is $0.004 per DigiU share.
Ā
Throughout the current stage, the price may increase as significant milestones are reached without additional prior notice for each change.
Ā
Triggers for a price revision may include:
Ā
ā new investment assets;
ā operational B2B pilots;
ā progress in licensing;
ā confirmed payment corridors;
ā development of proprietary infrastructure;
ā other achievements that increase the company's value and reduce future development risks.
Ā
The price follows the results. That's why timing your entry matters.
Ā
Entering DigiU is now easier.
Ā
Starter participation options are now open:
$100 package ā full payment.
$200 package ā 2-month installment plan.
Ā
This is an opportunity to move from simply watching DigiU grow to building your own investment position with a significantly lower starting amount.
Ā
The number of starter packages is limited.
Ā
Standard packages, installment plans, and position increases are also available for existing investors.

| 12 | šµ DigiU Strategy for the Fourth Funding Round
Ā
Today, we're releasing the DigiU Strategy & Investor Update with the DigiU CEO.
Ā
The episode features a roadmap, but the core discussion centers on capital allocation: what DigiU will build in-house, which investment positions it plans to strengthen, where it makes more sense to leverage partner infrastructure, and how priorities will shift if funding comes in slower or faster than the target pace.
Ā
Over the course of the third stage, a significant portion of the WebWisePay roadmap became a fully functional product. New cards and live payments were rolled out, users have started reloading their cards, and the first batch of physical Visa cards is currently in production.
Ā
WebWise Capital signed a SAFE with OmyPayments, and the international DigiU community helped secure the first corporate contacts and organize meetings regarding mass payouts.
Ā
In the fourth stage, the focus will be on three key areas:
Ā
š¹ WebWisePay ā the next scale of testing, physical cards, corporate pilots, payment corridors, mobile money, and local QR code payments;
Ā
š¹ Infrastructure ā initiating the WebWisePay licensing process in El Salvador and further integration with OmyPayments;
Ā
š¹ Investments and Transparency ā establishing DigiU's stake in OmyPayments, potentially increasing our stake in Contribution Capital, and providing more detailed disclosures on the WebWise Capital portfolio, which includes over 30 tech projects.
Ā
For the first time, we are also breaking down the financial logic of the stage: how much capital is needed, where it will be allocated, and how the sequence of tasks will change if funding comes in at a slower pace.
Ā
The starting price of DigiU shares in the fourth stage is $0.004. It will gradually increase as significant milestones are achieved. Specific dates for these changes will not be announced in advance; the current price will always be displayed in the DigiU Account. By the end of the stage, it is expected to rise to $0.0044.
Ā
Limited starter packages are already available for new participants:
Ā
ā $100 paid in full ā 100 packages;
ā $200 with a two-month installment plan ā 100 packages.
Ā
Before making an investment decision, we recommend reviewing the full plan for the fourth stage to understand the logic behind DigiU's capital allocation.

| 14 | š Mandatory KYC by October 3, 2026
Ā
DigiU's legal reorganization is underway. The company is compiling a verified registry of participants for the new BVI corporate structure.
Ā
To be included in the registry, all DigiU participants must complete KYC no later than October 3, 2026.
Ā
If you've already completed KYC, no further action is required.
Ā
Identity verification is required to:
Ā
ā verify the owner of each account;
ā update participant information;
ā identify and merge duplicate accounts;
ā exclude unverified and essentially unused accounts;
ā create an accurate registry of participants for the new structure.
Ā
ā¼ļø What happens if you don't complete KYC
Ā
After October 3, accounts without completed KYC may be temporarily frozen until identity verification is finished.
Ā
If an account owner simultaneously:
Ā
ā has not completed KYC;
ā has not logged into their DigiU Account for over three months,
Ā
the account may be locked as inactive, and any gifted, welcome, and bonus shares held in it will be canceled in accordance with their accrual terms.
Ā
Genuinely purchased DigiU shares will not be canceled due to a lack of KYC. However, an account without a verified identity:
Ā
ā will not be included in the registry of participants for the new BVI structure;
ā will not be able to participate in the conversion of rights into shares of the new structure;
ā will be excluded from profit distributions and other economic accruals if KYC is not completed by the date of the respective distribution.
Ā
This requirement applies to all DigiU participants, including those who haven't logged into their Account in a long time.
Ā
Log into your DigiU Account, check your verification status, and complete KYC in advance if necessary.

| 15 | 4ļøā£šµ Third Funding Round Is Complete. Fourth Stage Starts
Ā
The third DigiU funding round, which started on April 16, ended on August 31.
Ā
The final WebWisePay Snapshot was also taken at that time. Over the next 10 business days we will calculate each participant's share and credit 10 million WebWisePay shares based on the previously published mechanics.
Ā
š Thank you to everyone who made it through this stage with us: investors, affiliates, national representatives, and product users.
Ā
Investors gave the team both capital and agility. Holders of the first new cards ran payments across various countries, spotted limitations, and provided valuable feedback. Affiliates introduced DigiU to new audiences, shared insights into local markets, and helped us reach potential partners and clients.
Ā
Without this effort, the team would have had far less data, and many decisions would have taken much longer.
Ā
š¼ We're already seeing initial results in the development of our B2B segment as well.
Ā
Following our posts on cross-border and mass payouts, DigiU participants shared their first 10 inquiries and contacts for potential corporate clients. The team is currently evaluating how well they match our target profile, and initial meetings are already being scheduled with some of these companies.
Ā
Thank you to everyone who responded. The international community is already actively involved in growing the business, helping us find clients and expand into new markets.

š The fourth DigiU funding round starts today.
Ā
In the next few days, we will release the DigiU Strategy & Investor Update ā a special episode featuring the DigiU CEO.
Ā
In it, we'll summarize the results of the third stage and unveil the roadmap for the entire ecosystem for the fourth. We'll also discuss WebWisePay, OmyPayments, WebWise Capital, our work on proprietary fintech licenses, and other key priorities in detail.
Ā
We'll also announce the target funding amount to execute the roadmap.
Ā
During the third stage, some of our plans evolved into live products and infrastructure. We now have the initial data needed to build our next solutions.
Ā
Now we need to decide what to scale, what to build in-house, where to invest, and where partnerships will yield the best results.

| 16 | āļøLast Day of Current Funding Round
Ā
Today, August 31, the third DigiU funding round comes to an end, and the final WebWisePay Snapshot will take place.
Ā
Until the end of the day, the standard price for the third stage remains in effect ā $0.0036 per DigiU share. In the fourth stage, the price will be $0.004.
Ā
Under the current model, 10 million WebWisePay shareswill be distributed among participants of the third stage.
Ā
The calculation takes into account all Snapshots from April 16 to August 31. It factors in not the nominal size of the package, but only the DigiU shares that have actually been paid for and credited.
Ā
What you can do today
Ā
š¹ Pay for a new package in full. The shares actually purchased are credited immediately and count toward the WebWisePay share distribution with a Ć2 multiplier.
Ā
š¹ Set up an installment plan. This locks in the price and terms of the third stage for the entire package. The final Snapshot will include the shares that have actually been paid for and credited, with a Ć1 multiplier.
Ā
š¹ Pay off your current installment plan in full. After the final payment, the remaining 70% of the package's shares and any applicable bonuses will be credited. The shares actually purchased under the fully paid-off installment plan are counted with a Ć1.5 multiplier.
Ā
š¹ Upgrade your current package. An upgrade preserves your previously locked-in terms. Shares paid for during the third funding round are counted with a Ć2 multiplier.
Ā
Today is the last day to lock in the terms of the third stage and increase your weight in the final calculation of 10 million WebWisePay shares ā with a multiplier of up to Ć2.
Ā
Don't leave your payment until the last few hours: the transaction must be processed, and the corresponding shares must be credited to your DigiU Account before the Snapshot.

| 17 | āļø April 16 and August 29: Huge Difference
Ā
The third funding round for DigiU kicked off on April 16, 2026. Back then, most of the WebWisePay plans were still just on the roadmap.
Ā
Today, the wallet and new virtual Visa cards are up and running, with real payments and transfers going through across multiple countries and users making repeat top-ups. The first batch of physical cards is also in the works.
Ā
WebWise Capital has signed a SAFE with OmyPayments, and work has started on the B2B vertical and payment infrastructure integration.
Ā
ā¶ļø A special thanks to the participants testing the first WebWisePay cards. Many are trying out real-world use cases in different countries, identifying limitations, and sharing their feedback with the team.
Ā
This is how the global DigiU community becomes an integral part of the product's development: funding it, testing it in real-world conditions, and helping prepare it for launch across various markets.
Ā
And over the past few months, it hasn't just been about WebWisePay.
Ā
We've spent a lot of time explaining the core logic behind DigiU: why we don't need to build everything from scratch, why the ecosystem needs a venture capital portfolio, and how proprietary products, investments, and partnerships can amplify each other. The synergy between WebWisePay and OmyPayments is a clear, practical example of this.
Ā
Coming up next is a detailed breakdown of the WebWise Capital portfolio: over 30 tech projects in the fund where DigiU is the lead investor.
Ā
The legal reorganization of DigiU has also been ongoing: the new Offer Terms have been published, and the transition to a new legal structure with a BVI company has started. This work will continue into the fourth stage.
Ā
Back in April, there were more plans than actual results. Now, most of the roadmap has been implemented or is ready for launch. Plus, the terms of the third stage remain in effect until August 31.
Ā
š¼ The stage wraps up on August 31.
Ā
The standard price of a DigiU share is currently $0.0036. At the fourth stage, it will be $0.004.
Ā
On the same day, the final Snapshot will take place, locking in eligibility for the distribution of 10 million WebWisePay shares according to the previously published mechanics.
Ā
Before the stage ends, you can still make your first commitment, increase your existing package via an upgrade while keeping your locked-in terms, or get your installment plan back on track.
Ā
Over the past few months, more than 220 participants have either reactivated their previously canceled installment plans and resumed payments, or increased their packages.
Ā
Until August 31, you can reactivate a canceled installment plan in your DigiU Account under the original terms. Once we move to the fourth stage, reactivation will still be available, but at the new share price.
Ā
Yesterday, we introduced the CEO of WebWisePay for the first time in DigiU Talks #1. If you want to understand where the team plans to take the product next, watch this conversation before the stage ends.

| 18 | šæ DigiU Talks #1 ā Building WebWisePay. Meet the CEO of WebWisePay
Ā
WebWisePay has reached a major milestone: the product is live, virtual Visa cards have been issued, and users are making real payments and transfers while actively topping up their cards. We are now preparing for the first rollout of physical cards.
Ā
But the most exciting part starts right after launch.
Ā
We need to figure out where and how WebWisePay can truly scale.
Ā
Which use cases are becoming regular. How the product performs under heavier loads. Whether a single corporate client can bring in hundreds of users and a steady flow of payments. Which countries and payment corridors we should prioritize. Where the economics look promising, and where we need to tweak our hypothesis.
Ā
The only way to answer these questions is by facing the market head-on.
Ā
Today, we're introducing the CEO of WebWisePay in detail for the first time and sharing a long-form conversation about the kind of company he envisions WebWisePay becoming in a few years.
Ā
We talked about why there's still room for new fintech companies in the market, why WebWisePay shouldn't limit itself to Africa, and what its growth could look like in the coming years.
Ā
We also took a closer look at the next stage.
Ā
Our immediate goals include scaling the test to 1,000 virtual cards, launching the first physical card trials across different countries, expanding the B2B segment, running a few corporate pilots, starting the process of obtaining our own fintech licenses, continuing the integration with OmyPayments, and exploring the first payment corridors.
Ā
The goal of this next stage is to gather enough real-world data to understand which use cases to scale faster and where to allocate more capital, time, and team resources.
Ā
Another key topic of our conversation was speed.
Ā
In fintech, you can spend ages perfecting a product behind closed doors. But the market doesn't stand still: competitors are snapping up customers, partners are choosing who to work with, and other players are gradually claiming new payment corridors.
Ā
In the tech business, capital doesn't just buy development. It buys time.
Ā
š Watch the conversation with the CEO of WebWisePay
Ā
If you're currently deciding whether to continue participating in the current DigiU stage, we recommend watching it before the final scheduled Snapshot on August 31.
Ā
Then, in early September, we'll hold a separate meeting with the CEO of DigiU ā the DigiU Strategy & Investor Update. We'll wrap up the third funding round and present the plans for the entire ecosystem heading into the fourth stage.

| 19 | šµ Why get a physical card in a world of Apple Pay and Google Pay?
Ā
Because payment infrastructure varies wildly from country to country, and a physical card still solves problems that a smartphone can't always handle.
Ā
In some places, mobile payments work without restrictions. In others, adding a foreign virtual card to your phone is a hassle. Some people just need an ATM. And for many, a physical card remains the most familiar way to pay.
Ā
The WebWisePay team is currently placing its first order to produce physical Visa cards under two brands ā DigiU and WebWisePay.
Ā
A few months ago, physical cards were just a line item on the roadmap. Now, we're turning that plan into reality.
Ā
They'll complement our existing virtual cards: you'll be able to pay without a smartphone, use the card where mobile payment services are restricted, and withdraw cash from ATMs. We'll specifically test ATM functionality with the first batch of cards across different countries.
Ā
National representatives and local DigiU affiliates will be the first to get the chance to order physical cards.
Ā
For us, this is a logical first step. They know their markets inside out and can test the entire user journey in real-world conditions: from receiving and activating the card to making payments, using ATMs, and navigating the quirks of local payment infrastructure.
Ā
This way, WebWisePay can gather hands-on experience from multiple countries well before a wider launch.
Ā
Meanwhile, national representatives and affiliates will be the first to experience this journey alongside the product, helping shape its future development in their respective markets.
Ā
In September, we plan to open physical card pre-orders to the remaining participants in the ecosystem.
Ā
If you know your market well, work with clients, entrepreneurs, or communities, and see opportunities for WebWisePay in your country ā reach out to us.
Ā
We'll discuss the possibility of getting you a card in the first batch and explore potential local partnership formats.
Ā
WebWisePay is gradually adding new ways to access and use funds ā not based on some vision of an Ā«ideal digital worldĀ», but on how people actually pay in different countries.
Ā
Before the end of August, we'll publish the roadmap for the next stage of WebWisePay and outline where the product is headed next.

| 20 | š¼ WebWisePay: Third Funding Round Results
Ā
The third funding round for DigiU kicked off on April 16, 2026. Its primary product priority has been the development of WebWisePay.
Ā
The goal of this stage is clear ā build a core payment infrastructure, deploy it in a live environment, and shift from developing standalone features to real-world user testing.
Ā
Today, we have achieved a significant portion of this goal.
Ā
š¹ What's Already Live
Ā
āļø WebWisePay crypto wallet;
āļø Telegram and Android apps;
āļø new virtual Visa cards;
āļø Gasless Mode;
āļø Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay where supported;
āļø in-wallet cross-chain swaps;
āļø internal transfers between users and cards;
āļø referral program.
Ā
But for us, what matters most isn't the number of features we've launched, but how the product performs post-launch.
Ā
š Initial Results
Ā
The WebWisePay wallet user base has reached around 48,000 people.
Ā
We've issued the first 100 new Visa cards.
Ā
These cards are already in use across multiple countries, processing real payments, and, most importantly, users are topping them up again after their first transactions.
Ā
At the current volume, the cards are running stably with virtually no issues across different regions.
Ā
A single successful top-up or transaction proves the technology works.
Ā
Repeat top-ups show that a genuine pattern of regular product usage is emerging.
Ā
š¹ New Scaling Scenarios
Ā
Over the course of this stage, we've also gained a clearer vision of how WebWisePay can scale moving forward.
Ā
WebWise Capital has signed a SAFE with OmyPayments. This agreement gives WebWisePay access to OmyPayments' white-label and payment infrastructure, opening up corporate use cases for the product.
Ā
A single corporate client can bring hundreds or even thousands of wallet and card users to WebWisePay all at once, generating a steady flow of payment transactions.
Ā
Integrating OmyPayments and running initial pilots with corporate clients will be one of the key objectives for the next stage.
Ā
š¹ What Changed During the Third Stage
Ā
At the start of the stage, the main question was:
Ā
Can we build a functional infrastructure that lets people use digital assets in their everyday lives?
Ā
Today, the core functionality of this infrastructure is already being validated by real-world usage.
Ā
Now, the questions are different:
Ā
ā how many users will use WebWisePay regularly;
ā how transaction volumes will grow;
ā which acquisition channels work best;
ā how user retention takes shape;
ā what the economics look like for real payment use cases;
ā how to scale the product through corporate clients.
Ā
That's why the next stage won't just be about new features.
Ā
One of our immediate goals is to increase the number of issued virtual cards to 1,000 and stress-test the infrastructure under a significantly higher load. At the same time, the team will be testing corporate use cases, acquisition channels, and product economics.
Ā
On August 26, we'll share a separate update on the physical DigiU and WebWisePay cards, and on August 28, we'll publish the focus areas for the next stage along with a broader product vision.
Ā
š What This Means for Current Stage Participants
Ā
Back on April 16, the decision to participate was based primarily on the roadmap.
Ā
Today, the terms of the third stage are still in effect, but they're now backed by a working product, real cards and payments, repeat usage, and new scaling scenarios.
Ā
The current offering price for DigiU shares is $0.0036. As we move to the next stage, it will increase to $0.004.
Ā
On August 31, we'll take the final scheduled WebWisePaySnapshot of the current stage. When calculating the additional distribution of WebWisePay 1%, all Snapshots from the third stage and the actual DigiU shares purchased will be taken into account.
