New Proposal up for vote: Phased Diversification of ETH Holdings – Tranche 1 Execution TLDR: -Sell 1,200 ETH from Api3’s secondary treasury once ETH ≥ $4,000, convert the proceeds (~$4.8M USDC) to stablecoins, and deposit that USDC into the OEV-Boosted Morpho Vault for yield. -Locks in ≥ $2,133 profit per ETH; diversifies the treasury without touching API3 tokens. -Strengthens USDC reserves for ops; yield from the vault compounds future incentives. -First of three planned tranches (3,600 ETH remain). ETH returns to treasury if target price isn’t hit within nine months. -Executed via a 3-of-5 multisig (Burak, Andre, Ashar, Varia Law, Yondhi AB); sales may be batched to minimize slippage.
