These things need to be apprehended and the guards should have the power to deem it a deportable case in severity.. not a load of dragged out court cases about "muh human poxi scummy rights bs".
Guards need to be given more power of discernment and recommendations that should be taken very seriously. Just like they can object to bail. They should be able to object to someone like this being allowed stay in the country and be let remove them that day without consulting any judge. A super should be able to determine.
Only for vile crimes by foreigners should they have this power.
