The Permanent Peoples Tribunal released a report on September 30, 2026, ignoring Canadian laws—and while the genocide Convention requires intent to destroy a group, this report admits Canada has no murderous intent, then invents a new standard: "relations of genocide." Its proof of deliberate killing is three survivor stories who cannot provide names, dates, investigations, or convictions—and they classify radar anomalies as proof of dead children. The report conveniently leaves out the RCMP's 2003 decade-long investigation of BC's Indian Residential School, resulting in prosecutions and settlement payouts.
