📗 बेंगलुरु के एक शहर बिदादी में नगरपालिका कचरे पर आधारित 11.5 मेगावाट बिजली संयंत्र की आधारशिला रखी गयी। ✅ मुख्यमंत्री बी. एस. येदियुरप्पा ने इसके लिए आधारशिला रखी जो राज्य में अपनी तरह का पहला बिजली संयंत्र है। ✅ यह कर्नाटक पावर कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (KPCL) द्वारा स्थापित किया जा रहा है जो नगरपालिका के 600 टन कचरे को 11.5 मेगावाट ऊर्जा में परिवर्तित करने में सक्षम होगा। ✅ यह मौजूदा पावर ग्रिड में 80.59 मिलियन यूनिट बिजली जोड़ेगी। ✅ पावर प्लांट परियोजना का निर्माण 260 करोड़ रुपये में किया जा रहा है और 2022 तक इसके चालू होने की संभावना है।
