📊 **Nifty Trade Analysis – BUY Target Achieved!** 🎯✅ ⏱️ **Timeframe Used:** 3 Minutes 💡 One important rule: **Avoid taking trades on the very first candle of the day.** I recommend trading between **9:18 AM and 3:00 PM**, when the market is more stable. 🟢 A BUY signal was generated, but the signal candle was quite large. Instead of chasing the trade, wait for the price to retrace **5–10 points closer to the Zone** before entering. 📌 In many cases, the next candle forms a large red candle that retraces back to the Zone, giving you a much better entry with lower risk. 📈 In today's trade, the price did **not** retrace all the way to the Zone. However, it **closed very close to the Zone**, which indicated that buyers were still active. ✅ This provided enough confidence to enter the trade at the start of the next candle. 🛑 **Stop Loss Options:** • Day's Low • Or below the signal candle (based on your risk management) 🎯 **Target Options:** • Next TradeLevel_Pro Zone • Or a fixed target of **35–40 points** 🧠 **Key Learning:** ✔️ Don't chase large signal candles. ✔️ Wait for a retracement whenever possible. ✔️ If the retracement doesn't happen but the price closes near the Zone with buying strength, the next candle can still provide a good entry. ✔️ Patience and proper entries improve your Risk-Reward ratio. 🚀 Better entries lead to better trades—not more trades.

💰 The trade is currently running at around $7 profit.

🧠 Now, look at the chart carefully.

🎯 I have kept my target at yesterday's swing low. However, before the price reaches that level, it has to break three recent swing lows, which I have marked on the chart.

⚠️ There is a possibility that the price may reverse from one of these recent swing levels.

💡 That's why my plan is simple:

✅ As soon as the price reaches the first recent swing low, I will trail my Stop Loss to just above my entry price.

This helps me:
✔️ Reduce my risk
✔️ Protect my capital
✔️ Let the trade continue if the trend remains strong

📌 When you're trading with just one lot, trailing the Stop Loss may not seem very important.

However, when you start trading with larger position sizes, proper trailing becomes extremely important because it helps protect a significant amount of profit while still giving the trade room to move.

🚀 In my other account, I have taken the same entry with a larger lot size, and this trailing Stop Loss strategy becomes even more effective there.

🧠 Remember: Making profits is important, but protecting those profits is what makes you a consistent trader.

This provided a high-probability SELL setup. (Beginner ⚠️ Never take a trade when there is no nearby zone for the target.) 📌 Trade Executed: 🔴 Sold the ATM Call Option (CE) at ₹91 🛑 Stop Loss: Previous Swing High As the market moved lower, the Call Option premium dropped, and I exited the trade at ₹75, booking a 16-point profit. ### 🤔 What if I had bought the Put Option? At the same time, the ATM Put Option (PE) was trading around ₹57. Even though the market moved down as expected, by 3:15 PM the Put Option was trading around ₹55, resulting in a 2-point loss. ### 📉 Why did the Put Option lose money? The answer is Theta Decay (Time Decay). Since the trade was taken in the afternoon, the option premium kept losing value as expiry approached. Although the market moved in the expected direction, the gain from the price movement was offset by time decay. ### ✅ Why did Option Selling work better? As an option seller, Theta Decay works in your favor. While the market moved down, the Call Option premium kept decreasing, allowing the seller to benefit from: ✔️ Market direction ✔️ Time decay This is why the Call Option seller made a 16-point profit, while the Put Option buyer ended up with a small loss. ### 💡 Key Learning 📌 Don't focus only on market direction.
