We inform you that according to the safety regulations in public buildings (Shopping centres, stations, bus stations, etc.), any object, bags, left unattended can potentially be considered a dangerous object, therefore the owner of the building will act accordingly - bags left unattended will be disposed of and necessary the law enforcement authorities will also be notified. As well please do not leave your bicycles in the shopping centre Origo bicycle parking for longer than 14 days. If you have forgotten your bike lock code or lost your keys, please contact Origo shopping centre security and inform them that the locks will need to be broken. Bolt Food team 🍏

We value the feedback from our courier partners, and one common concern raised was regarding unpaid pick-up distances. We’ve listened, and starting 22/04/2024, you’ll be compensated for the entire distance (as per the route) from when you accept the order. 🚀 The new base values will be: Pick-up Fee — 0.90€ Drop-off Fee — 0.30€ Distance Earning — 0.33€ per KM (starting from when you accept the order, to when you drop off the order).
