They sometimes break even, and sometimes win big. I am sure overall they do quite well. Most of them are into many other businesses too, so if silver is just breaking even, the other businesses help carry that part of the company

It's slightly over $4k now.
That's land waaaaay away from the cities, but the cute little farm near the suburbs that's sitting there waiting to get cut up and redeveloped.
