Québec City, April 2001: The Revolutionary Anti-Capitalist Offensive 20 years ago, anarchists from around North America converged in Québec City to oppose the neoliberal proposal for a Free Trade Area of the Americas—and to fight against capitalism itself. https://cwc.im/QuebecFTAA In this blow-by-blow account, a participant recounts the fiercest street battles of that generation, detailing the strategies that ultimately defeated the FTAA. The result makes for exciting reading, to say the least, but it also an important educational document that has much to offer today’s anarchists.

By now, I think over 700 protesters have been killed since the coup occurred, mostly young people. The stories coming out of Myanmar I'm hearing from my friends there are just abominable.

For anyone interested in supporting the uprising against the military dictatorship in Myanmar, I would suggest either donating to https://www.mutualaidmyanmar.org/ or to this GoFundMe account https://charity.gofundme.com/o/en/campaign/crph
