Unfortunately technology has made too many of us intellectually lazy or reliant on these clickbait or ragebait platforms to form our opinions. Just as well guns are illegal in this country as I know some people who are so terrified even of their own shadows that if they've guns, they'll literally go to sleep every night clutching them. There are people who constantly think they're in danger from people from certain demographics as that's the kind of content they consume on a daily basis.
