Once read a comment that said: “I was married to a student of Islamic knowledge, yet he constantly reminded me of my illness and made me feel like a burden. That experience taught me one lesson: never be deceived by titles, appearances, or reputation. Look at a person's character, for that is what you will live with every day.” You do not need more than a sensible husband with good character, who establishes the five daily prayers, earns from halal sources, and has a connection with the Qur'an and worship. Remove from your list the conditions that social media has filled your mind with. There are homes filled with oppression, abuse, and misery despite an abundance of beards, Islamic texts, certificates, and titles. And there are homes filled with mercy, tranquillity, and kindness among ordinary Muslims who may never have studied advanced Islamic sciences, yet understand what it means to fear Allah and treat others well. A person's books, certificates, and reputation *do not guarantee a successful marriage if they do not act upon what they know. So look first at their character, manners, and religion before looking at their memorization, status, or popularity. The title of “Shaykh” will not lessen the pain of oppression. Knowledge alone will not benefit others if it is not accompanied by good character. A long beard will not show mercy if the heart is harsh and the tongue is hurtful. Shaykh Ibn ʿUthaymīn رحمه الله said:
If the seeker of knowledge does not display virtuous character and good manners, then his pursuit of knowledge is futile.
A man is not measured by what he knows, but by how he lives. And the real test of a person's religion is often found in the way they treat those under their care when no one is watching. Anyone can speak about good character. The real test is living by it.

Imam Malik [D. 179 A.H.] [رحمه الله] said:
Wisdom and knowledge are light with which Allaah guides whomsoever He wills.  Guidance is not through awareness of many Islamic issues.
[Jamia Al-Bayaan Wal Ilm, (1/84)]

“but i’ve seen women in niqab do worse.” and there it is. the oldest trick in the book. women who don’t wear niqab have a habit of making those who do their entire argument. funny how the niqab only gets mentioned when someone is looking for an exit from accountability. we have a habit of reaching for someone else’s sins the moment our own are brought up. but it does not work that way. she is not your excuse. the moment we start measuring our actions against someone else’s sins, we have already lost the point entirely. because on the day that truly matters, Allāh is not going to show you her record. He is going to show you yours. the niqab is obedience. she wears it because her Lord commanded it, and that is a matter between her and Allāh سبحانه وتعالى. it is not a declaration of perfection. it is not something you get to pull out as a defense when someone calls you toward accountability. a mistake does not shrink because someone else made a larger one. and deflection, no matter how fast it comes, is still deflection. the mirror was held up for a reason. looking away from it does not make what it reflects disappear. the question was never about her. it was always about you. you will not be standing next to her on that day. you will be standing alone. with your own record. answering for your own choices. so maybe that is where the focus needs to go. she wore the niqab for Allāh سبحانه وتعالى. what are you doing for Him? — bint Shafi.

Shaykh Muhammad Al-Uthaymeen [D. 1421 A.H.]
Generally, whoever overcomes his brother by harming him then Allaah takes revenge on him in the worldly life before the Hereafter.
[Haqooq Daat Ilay Al-Fitrah, (No. 33)]

Closeness to Allāh comes from benefiting others; both by guiding them toward love of Allāh and living by sincere advice and righteous action.
If you wish, I will tell you who are most beloved to Allāh: those who inspire His love in the hearts of His servants, and act with sincere counsel and righteousness on the earth.

Half of mental peace and comfort lies in not monitoring closely other people And half of good manners lie in not poking your nose in what doesn't concern you And half of wisdom lies in silence.

Frequent du'ā is the highest expression of servitude. When a person supplicates, they admit inability and dependence upon their Creator, and this humility honours the supplicant. So the more they invoke Allāh, the more dignified and noble they are to Him: ليسَ شيءٌ أكرمَ علَى اللهِ من الدُّعاءِ
There is nothing more noble to Allāh than du'ā.

Don't Neglect The Fixed Sunnah Prayers Al-Hāfidh Ibn Rajab [رحمه الله] said:
The fixed Sunnah prayers are more virtuous than the night prayer according to the majority of the scholars.
[Latā'if Al-Ma'ārif, (Page: 130)]

Don't let your day passes without remembering Allah...🎀
Don't let your day passes without remembering Allah...🎀

An old Arabic proverb reads: حافظ على بيتك نظيفاً كانك تنتظر ضيوفاً، وحافظ على قلبك نقيّاً كانك تنتظر الموت Keep your home clean as though you are expecting guests. And keep your heart pure as though you are expecting death.

Revive your hearts with the remembrance of Allāh, ولا تَحبسوا عنها ماء الحياة and do not withhold from them the water of life: سبحان الله subhan’Allāh, والحمد لله alhamdulillāh, ولا إله إلَّا الله la ilaha illallāh, والله أكبر Allāhu akbar.

Whether you like it or not: • Loose-fitting clothing (Al-Libas Al-Fadfad): is an obligation (Fard), not [just] a degree of religiosity. • Praying on time: is an obligation (Fard), not [just] a degree of religiosity. • Shaking hands with a non-mahram [opposite sex]: is forbidden (Haram), not extremism. • Plucking eyebrows (Nams): is forbidden (Haram), not extremism. • Giving advice in religion: is a duty (Wajib), not [just] a degree of religiosity. • Listening to and sharing music: is forbidden (Haram), not extremism. • Wearing perfume outside the house [for women]: is forbidden (Haram), not extremism. "Faith is in the heart...!!" 📌 WhatsApp Statuses: Some people change you for the better through the statuses they share: An [Quranic] verse, a Hadith, a sermon, an advice, or a benefit from which you gain both spiritual (religious) and worldly rewards. …
And whosoever has Taqwa of Allāh, He will make a way for him to get out [from every difficulty]. And He will provide him from [sources] he never could imagine. And whosoever puts his trust in Allāh, then He will suffice him. Verily, Allāh will accomplish his purpose. Indeed Allāh has set a measure for all things.

The Remedy for Diseased Hearts 1. The Qur’an - increase in its recitation with reflection. 2. Reading the Prophet’s hadith and his biography - may peace and blessings be upon him. 3. Read the biographies of the pious predecessors (the first 3 generations of Islam which the Prophet has vouched for their merits). 4. Accompanying righteous people or good company. 5. Increasing in du’a/supplication - especially at night. – Shaykh Sulayman Ar-Ruhayli (may Allāh preserve him)

There is nothing for those who truly love Allah anything more delightful than times wherein they are secluded in consultation with the One whom they love. This is a healing for their hearts and the object of their pursuit. Abu Sulayman would say: "The people of the night during their nights have more enjoyment than the people of entertainment in their entertainment. For if not for the night, I would not want to remain within the Dunya." Book: Righteous and Virtuous Deeds Pg 43 By al-Hafiz ibn Rajab Al hanbali

Don’t forget to send blessings and salutations on our beloved prophet ﷺ
