One week of A levels down! Yay! I'm guessing most of us are feeling pretty relieved that we've finished so many papers but I'm pretty sure we're also feeling quite burnt out and exhausted :/ I'm here to tell you that it's perfectly normal and valid if you've had to rest a little more this week. Exams can really drain you. Do what you need to stay sane and motivated because you don't want to throw in the towel now. The end is in sight!

If you’re feeling stressed out today, just take a break and rest till you feel better. You’ve done enough. One or two hours to yourself won’t hurt and in fact they might even be beneficial because it’ll help you calm down and mentally prepare yourself for tomorrow. Everything will be fine. Believe in yourself!! Love u guys we can do it 💯
