*EXCERPTS FROM TUESDAY SCHOOL OF THE SPIRIT 03RD DECEMBER, 2024* _Referenced scriptures: Proverbs 4:18, Hosea 6:12, Romans 4:20, Ephesian 4:22-23, Hebrews 2:15, 1 Peter 1:23, 2 Peter 1:19, 1 John 4:4-18, Revelation 12:11_ • You must continue to engage in revelation truth, lay hold of the reality of the truths of Christ until it continues to rise and rise to the point of full strength where it begins to shine in your life. • It is in the character of a spiritual thing that the source of it is what will continue to sustain it. It was by the Word of God that your spirit was regenerated, and your spirit will continue to subsist by it. • Our path, the path of the New Creation, is a path that is ladened with revelation and truth, birthing us, transforming us, changing us and causing the reality of the life of God that we have received to shine brighter and brighter in our lives. • Being Born Again is a continuous reality. You take in the seed of the word and through meditation, prayers and continuous confession, enter into a higher consciousness of God. • The more a believer experiences "Being Born Again" in his soul, even his Bible study, prayer, songs and everything about the believer will change. Not because God changed but rather it is because the soul became more conscious of God. • When somebody continues to feed on truth he is excited when he is about to hear the truth of God's word. • Through the preaching of the Gospel, God's thoughts, perceptions, words, love, ideologies, person, presence, power, and everything about God is communicated to us: this was what regenerated our spirit out of the distortion of sin. • Your spirit is in that state where the word of God is continually enlivening it. The life of your spirit is the Word of God. • The way to death and life is fellowship. And fellowship is predicated upon what your senses (spirit, soul and body) are open and responsive to. • Fear is the consciousness of something or someone rather than the consciousness of God. • The gateways of your heart are continually opened, how you shut the gateways of your heart towards something is by opening it up to another. • Spiritually speaking Rest is being continually opened to the speakings of God. • Religion makes us focus on the issues of sins, problems, and negative situations; kingdom makes us focus on who God has made us in Christ and when we focus on who God has made us, the issues are no longer an issue. • What you continually behold, you become, and you continue to behave like, and beholding is done with the heart. • One of the ways you know you are experiencing Being Born Again is that you no longer approach the things and issues that arise in this world with any iota of doubt because you know you have conquered them in Christ. • In the realm of the spirit spiritual beings see you according to what you have become. • Those who don't know how to use their heart, who don't understand the functionality of their heart will never amount to anything in the kingdom of God. • As you look at what you are in Christ, it becomes your sight; as you look at who you are in His sight, it becomes an insight into everything you do. *EXCERPTS FROM TUESDAY SCHOOL OF THE SPIRIT 26TH NOVEMBER, 2024* _Referenced scriptures: Proverbs 23:7, John 16:13, Romans 10:10, 1 Corinthians 2:7, 14:2, 2 Corinthians 3:18, 2:14, Ephesians 1:1-6, 2:4-7, Philippians 2:9, Colossians 2:15, Hebrews 1:14, 11:33, 1 Peter 1:23, Revelation 1:1, 19:9-10, 21:23_ • Based on what Christ has done, the believer in Christ Jesus is always in the presence of God. Being in the presence of God by New Birth and being in the presence of God by function are two different things. • On account of what Christ has done you are always and forever in the presence of God. Your spirit was quickened and given residence in the Throne room at New Birth; the believer should live his life from that consciousness. • The recreation of your spirit man took place in the Throne Room. The theatre, as it were, where you were born again, is the Throne room. How conscious you become of this reality is tied to the degree of the functionality of your spirit in that realm. • God is inside of man, so access to the Throne Room is in your spirit, so if you know how to live in your spirit, you will be fellowshipping from the place of the Throne. • Any expressions and actions of man are a result of his heart having come to know certain things either in death or in life. • The nature of God's revelation impacts the heart in two ways: 1. It reveals the heart condition of a person and the things in the person's heart that oppose the knowledge of God. 2. The revelation of God's light will begin to restructure and renew the person's heart, which is dependent on how he engages that revelation. • How you will see things in the Spirit will be in the context of the understanding that has been in your soul. • As a believer, your affirmation should not come from experiences but should come from your oneness with God. Every spiritual experience you have should come out of your relationship with God. • Your affirmation should come from a place of relationship with God, what you are in God and what God has made you, not from any experience either negative or positive because spiritual experiences do not guarantee spiritual maturity, meanwhile, the more the truth of our identity is solidified in our hearts, the more our spiritual experience will be filtered. • Your redemption was God's responsibility, but how you engage His presence will require: 1. A proper revelation of what your heart is. 2. The discipline of engaging your heart in truth. • One of the things that a believer who is saved should be fed with is the truth of his identity in Christ. The degree to which you know your identity in Christ is to the degree to which you will participate in the kingdom of God. • Your participation in the Kingdom of God is dependent on your conscious awareness of your identity in Christ. Religion will make you busy trying to deal with something(sin) that has already been dealt with. • Proper, accurate spiritual progress will lead to the transformation of the soul. • You will unlock the packages of Salvation by believing the truth of your Redemption in Christ with your heart and confessing with your mouth (Romans 10:10). • It is from your heart you birth supernatural provision and protection, how you expose your heart continually to the truths of God's Word is very important. • Praying is not the only spiritual activity that will enhance spiritual growth; a believer who is not meditating on the Word of God is not changing. • According to 2 Corinthians 3:18, You can't behold without revelation; your response to revelation with your heart is what beholding with 'open face is.'
