Device status - Ingres As you might have imagined, ingres is still undone. About that, due to my inability to boot anything on it (except LOS Recovery), I've talked to the guy who offered me the device (won't put the name for privacy reasons), and sent him a part of the total amount he sent me as we agreed. I'll try to continue working on it nonetheless, but, as already stated, I'm having a hard time trying to boot something on it. If someone is interested in helping me (and doing a favour to the community itself), here are the trees: https://github.com/xiaomi-sm8450-devs. Current status: only LOS Recovery boots. LOS builds goes directly to fastboot. Really didn't want to do this message in the first place (*cough alioth*), but, probably due to my skill issues/Xiaomi's skill issues, I'm stuck there. I'm deeply sorry for that, hope you can understand. Regarding the timeline, it'll follow its normal course. - Giovix92

A little update on the timeline My PC's currently in the Lenovo warranty center. It has a problem with the AC adapter, and probably needs motherboard replacement cause it cannot draw the correct amount of power needed by the system. The PC should return in a month or so. Device statuses Lavender 18.1 builds won't be shipped anymore; as a consequence, you may see "This device is not maintained anymore!" on the official LineageOS device page. This doesn't mean the device is dropped. We'll ship LineageOS 20 directly whenever it comes out, skipping 19.1. Ingres Still need to do a fuckton of things, starting from kernel_devicetree (since Xiaomi didn't care to release it) and kernel itself. After that, it should be good to go, assuming I didn't fuck up somewhere else. Nabu Whenever Ingres will be ready, I'll be doing a Lineage build for it. Probably 19.1. Back at it with a little message about device statuses: Lavender LineageOS 19.1 is currently WIP. Don't worry, it'll come. Bear with me, I only have an i7 7700hq with 12gigs of ram, it gonna take some time. LineageOS 18.1 is temporarily halted, that's because SenseTime decided to be CringeTime again. Some blobs were taken down with a DMCA due to proprietary stuff. Will be solved this week. Next week you shall get a new update, hopefully.
