📢 Case: Two Different Wallet Addresses If you have two different wallet addresses—one that you used for DAO1 and another one that you created for Apertum DAO—you may receive an error during the Global KYC process stating that multiple wallet addresses are not allowed. ✅ This is completely normal. You now need to choose one wallet that you want to use as your main wallet. ⚠️ Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Only one wallet address can remain associated with your account. ⸻ ✅ Option 1: Keep Your Old DAO1 Wallet If you want to continue using your old DAO1 wallet, simply: Transfer your Apertum DAO NFT (DID) from your new wallet to your old DAO1 wallet. Complete the Global KYC. Contact support@apertum.io for the next steps and further instructions. ⸻ ✅ Option 2: Keep Your New Apertum DAO Wallet If you want to use your new Apertum DAO wallet as your primary wallet, you need to: Transfer your old DID (the DID with the lower number) to your new wallet. Transfer all of your Miners to your new wallet. Transfer all of your Trading Bots to your new wallet. Transfer your new DID (the DID with the higher number) back to your old wallet. ⸻ 🔄 How to Transfer Your NFTs You can easily transfer your NFTs by visiting: 👉 https://nfts.apertum.io Connect your wallet. Select the NFT you want to transfer. Send it to the wallet address you have chosen as your main wallet. ⸻ ⚠️ Important Only one wallet address may be associated with your account. Having multiple active accounts is strictly forbidden. Before completing the Global KYC, make sure that all relevant assets (DIDs, Miners, and Trading Bots) have been consolidated into the single wallet you want to keep. 📢 Dear Apertum Community, Here’s a quick but important update for you: If you are using the same wallet with Apertum DAO that you previously used, you only need to complete the Global KYC once to gain access to the Bridge, Miner Manager, and DEX. ✅ Global KYC verification is usually completed very quickly. If your Miner Manager shows the status “Pending”, this is completely normal. Updates are being rolled out gradually for all users. Important: Your miner continues running normally in the background. You are not losing any mining time or rewards. Once your account has been processed, the “Pending” status will disappear automatically, and you will be able to use the Miner Manager as usual. ➡️ There is no need to worry. No further action is required on your part. If you are using a different wallet than the one you used previously: During the Global KYC process, you will be asked which wallet you want to use going forward. Please choose ONE SINGLE wallet and transfer all of your NFTs to that wallet. ⚠️ Please note: Only one Global KYC can be associated with a wallet.
