liquidation fees = E90
liquidation temporary downside = E25
premium by liquidator = E170
What can go in the vote to give back to affected: 170+90-25= E235. Checking at what math to distribute and how, but overall something like this.

In my opinion, the problem is related to blockchain nature, which is deterministic when risk nature is probabilistic and could not be implemented using EVM stack. If so, protocols have only 2 options: hire pro risk curators to manage risks for a group of users or ask users to do that by themselves.
