| 3 |  We should make duʿā’ for the 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗶𝗺 𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗵, asking Allah for their guidance, forgiveness and relief. We should supplicate earnestly against the enemies of Islam and tyrants who oppress and torture the believers. At times, the ummah’s suffering can feel overwhelming, and the cruelty we witness may make us despair. Yet we are never powerless. We are armed with the 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗼𝗻: 𝗱𝘂ʿ𝗮̄’. Never abandon its use.
We should also repeatedly supplicate for our 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, family members, teachers, companions, friends, and our loved ones. It is also important to pray for those 𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱, as well as for everyone who has shown us 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝘄𝗮𝘆.

| 4 |  Send abundant ṣalawāt upon the best of men to ever set foot and walk upon this earth.
Sending ṣalawāt is a command from Allah and a means of attaining His mercy, forgiveness, and elevated ranks. Through it, worries are relieved, hearts are softened, sins are forgiven, and abundant reward is earned. It draws us closer to the Messenger ﷺ in this life and the Hereafter, and is a means of attaining his intercession on the Day of Judgement, among countless other blessings.
اَللّٰهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلَىٰ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ وَعَلَىٰ اٰلِ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيْدٌ مَّجِيْدٌ. اَللّٰهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَّعَلَىٰ اٰلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ وَعَلَىٰ اٰلِ إِبْرَاهِيْمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيْدٌ مَّجِيْدٌ | 860 |
| 5 |  Once, a person recited these verses in the presence of Abū al-Wafā’ Ibn ʿAqīl (raḥimahullāh).
So a man said to him: “Allah has resurrected the dead for gathering and accountability, and He has paired souls with their counterparts for reward and punishment. So why will He demolish buildings, level the mountains, flatten the earth, split the sky, scatter the stars, and fold up the sun?”
Ibn ʿAqīl replied:
“He only built this world as a dwelling for them to reside in and enjoy, and He made it and all that is within it a place for reflection and contemplation, so that they may be guided to Him through deep thinking and remembrance. But when the period of residence comes to an end, and He removes its inhabitants from it, He destroys it because its dwellers have departed.”

| 15 |  Masjids Across Palestine Keep al-Masjid al-Aqṣā at the Forefront of Their Jumuʿah Khuṭbahs
Al-Masjid al-Aqṣā is never absent from the Jumuʿah khuṭbahs delivered in masjids across Palestine. Imāms consistently remind their congregation about its sanctity, and sincerely supplicate for its protection and liberation.
Al-Masjid al-Aqṣā should never be absent from our Jumuʿah khuṭbahs or our duʿāʾs. Let no Jumuʿah khuṭbah conclude without supplicating for al-Masjid al-Aqṣā, and let no duʿāʾ end without asking Allah to protect and liberate this blessed sanctuary. | 1 381 |

| 18 |  As the night of Jumuʿah begins increase in sending ṣalawāt upon the best of creation ﷺ.
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“Increase your ṣalāh upon me on the day and night of Jumuʿah. Whoever invokes ṣalāh upon me once, Allah will bestow ṣalāh upon him ten times.” (Bayhaqī)

| 19 |  MASJID AL-AQSA EFFECTIVELY CLOSED TO MUSLIMS AND RESERVED FOR SETTLERS

“Who could be more unjust than those who prevent the Name of Allah from being mentioned in His Masjids and strive towards their destruction?”
[al-Baqarah 2:114]
Since Fajr this morning, Thursday 23 July 2026, the Israeli occupation police have imposed a complete, undeclared closure of Masjid al-Aqsa and its surrounding areas upon the Muslims to whom the Masjid belongs. This has been done to reserve it for settlers on what they call the “anniversary of the destruction of the Temple”.
The details are as follows:
1. Waqf employees prevented from entering
Israeli occupation forces prevented all Waqf employees from entering Masjid al-Aqsa to carry out their duties, with the exception of the guards who were already on shift.
As a result, fewer than half of the Waqf employees were able to enter Masjid al-Aqsa. Their numbers had already been severely reduced through repeated banning orders and the cancellation of permits.
2. Gates closed to Muslim worshippers
The Israeli occupation police completely closed the King Faisal Gate in the north, together with the Cotton Merchants’ Gate and the Iron Gate in the west, to Muslim worshippers.
The areas outside these gates were instead reserved for settlers to perform religious rituals, sing and dance since yesterday evening.
3. Arbitrary age restrictions
This morning, the Israeli occupation police imposed an arbitrary minimum age of 75 upon Muslims wishing to enter Masjid al-Aqsa.
As the time for Zuhr salah approached, the minimum age was raised even further to 80.
4. Muslims told that the day was “reserved for Jews”
Israeli occupation police informed many Muslim worshippers who had come to perform salah at Masjid al-Aqsa that “today is reserved for Jews”, and ordered them to return to their homes.
This represents a renewed attempt to impose a complete temporal division of Masjid al-Aqsa and to divide religious occasions between Muslims and Jews. It was opposition to this very policy that led to the Jerusalem uprising in 2015.
In effect, these measures meant that Zuhr salah was prevented inside Masjid al-Aqsa today.
Masjid al-Aqsa has been practically closed to Muslims, without any official announcement, since Fajr salah.
The accompanying footage shows the condition of Masjid al-Aqsa immediately after the Zuhr salah had ended.
The gradual exclusion of Muslims from Masjid al-Aqsa, while settlers are granted unrestricted access to perform rituals within it is another step towards imposing a full temporal and spatial division of the blessed Masjid.
May Allah protect Masjid al-Aqsa, strengthen its people and grant the Ummah the resolve to fulfil its responsibility towards it.

| 20 | Palestinians thrown out of Al Aqsa Mosque for Tisha B'Av Jewish visit
“We were praying and are in the second rak'ah and the supplication, they charged at us and beat us”
Palestinian worshippers were beaten and forced out of Al-Aqsa Mosque complex ahead of Jewish visits for Tisha B'Av on Thursday.
During dawn prayers, Muslim worshippers were removed from one of Islam's holiest sites. Many tried to continue praying outside, but were moved away again by Israeli police.
Jewish visitors then entered the compound for Tisha B'Av, the annual day of mourning marking the destruction of the First and Second Jewish Temples.
Under the longstanding status quo overseen by Jordan, Jews are permitted to visit the complex but not pray there.
