You can even do your shopping online. Everything will be so easy!" I was so excited about introducing him to the exciting world of online banking. He thought for a minute, then answered "If I do that, I wont have to step out of the house?" "Yes, yes" I said. I told him how even grocery can be delivered to your front door now, and how Amazon delivers everything! His answer left me speechless. He replied "Since I entered this bank today, I have met four of my friends. And I have chatted for a while with the staff who know me very well by now. You know that I am alone. This is the company that I need. I like to get ready and come to the bank. I have more than enough time, it is the physical touch that I crave. Two years ago I got sick, The shop owner, where I buy my fruit, came to see me and sat by my bedside and cried. When your mum fell down few days ago during her morning walk, our local grocer saw her and immediately brought his car to rush her home, as he knows where I live. Would I have that 'human' touch if everything became online? Why would I want everything delivered to me, forcing me to only interact with my computer? I like to know the person I'm dealing with and not just the 'seller'. It creates bonds and relationships. Does Amazon deliver all this as well?" Technology isn't Life. Spend time with People. Notes Bureau Official: Check your EPFO passbook and close the other account with your last company if still opened. Make sure days are not overlapping. I believe after this you should inform your HR about this if not informed previously because they are saying that since you joined TCS you have not informed us. So atleast we should have some mail conversation like we have informed before getting your mail. It is my opinion please think twice or consult with your senior or anyone. Basically we are violating 2 policy 1. Dual Employment 2. Hiding Previous Employment Information We need solution for this 2 policy 1. For first policy which is dual employment we can close our all Previous employment with end date before TCS joining date and make sure days are not overlapping 2. For second policy I don't have solid solution but in my opinion we can inform them now before receiving there mail by saying we informed this at the time of joining as well to HR but they said no need to provide any info as you are joining as a fresher. Why I am saying to inform now because when you go there they are saying since you joined TCS you have not informed us about this. But it may came back to us and we ll be noticed by informing all this. So now everyone suggest what other solution we have for this. Guys we have to make this info viral on LinkedIn Twitter and everywhere so that others can't face this I want LinkedIn Twitter profiles from where it can go viral. KINDLY SUGGEST. I will request them to post from there profile. If it goes viral them we ll surely get some solution and TCS will be forced to revoked this decision as it comes to there reputation. They are firing because they don't have that much budget. Also they can't terminate everyone because it points to them so they are forcing employees to resign with apology letter so no one can point them.
