"He was just joking". I filmed this video a few days ago and planned on posting it sometime this week. Then at the White House correspondents dinner Trump "joked" in the most serious way possible that he is running in 2028 for his *fourth* term. You read that correctly. Since he delusionally believes he won in 2020 this will be the fourth term. Mind you the constitution of our country only allows two terms. Our representatives in government no longer represent us.
